Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

I phoned and emailed so many times for updates and every time Jacqueline Morgan helped me and was always so kind to me so thank you :) Plus Hollie Jones helped us secure our sale and made the whole process so easy. Me and my partner just want to say thank you to these two lovely women and the whole team at Darlows in Pontypridd.

25th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

22nd Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We decided to move down to Porthcawl around the beginning of March this year to help plant a new church in the area. So it was a busy time looking for somewhere to live. One of the Estate Agents we contacted was Peter Alan in Porthcawl. The overall service was first class, the staff were polite and friendly. We were greatly impressed with the young lady appointed to help us in our search. Tyler Matthews such a pleasant young lady with a warm smile which puts you at ease. Her calm attitude gave us confidence to trust she could and would help us. At every step of the way she kept us informed of the progress, which at times can be troublesome, but Tyler stuck with it. As I said earlier. we were impressed with the overall service we recieved from Peter Alan Estate Agents in Porthcawl and Bridgend.

12th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)From the moment that James visited the property, I felt very comfortable. James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting. The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla. HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.

It didn’t always go to plan, which is to be expected when selling (& buying), but the communication throughout from both of them, & the whole team, kept me in the loop and I therefore had complete confidence in the Agent I selected while selling at a distance.

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)You don't sell a property very often and choosing an agent can seem like a bit of a lottery. We decided to entrust Peter Alan and we are so glad that we did. From the first call-back to the final 'your sale is complete' call, everyone at the Bridgend office were professional, friendly, considerate and focused on getting our property sold. The sale incurred a lot of other stresses but every interaction with Peter Alan was as low-stress and positive as they could be. Just an amazing team. Give them a call. Diolch or galon.
