From the very beginning he was incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to respond to every question. The whole rental process was clear, smooth and handled with great care. Matthew went above and beyond to make everything easy — he explained every step, kept me updated throughout, and made sure the agreement reflected exactly what was discussed. Even after receiving the keys, he acted immediately when I reported small issues and arranged help straight away. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest and genuinely supportive. I’m very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a property or working with First4rentals. Excellent service!

22nd Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
25th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Sold a few houses through Hoskins over the years, dealing with Ian, and always found him and the team polite, competent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services for buying or selling property.
7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)The sales team were friendly and efficient. Communications about viewings and feedback was good. The listing process and marketing were also good. After some weeks or marketing I felt three was more pressure to accept a lower offer than I had wanted to than I thought necessary. A great deal of effort was put into getting a sale, not necessarily the best offer. Overall all staff were friendly and reasonably efficient, though sometimes with communication being initiated by me and not the agent post offer.

14th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Sold our house with Peter Alan TG within 3 weeks of it being on the market. Photos that were taken were done quickly and of a high standard. Turnaround was 48h from instruction to being on market, with photos. Jade was superb beginning to end - personable, knowledgable and reacted quickly. Would recommend to anybody and will be using again in the future. Shout out as well to Henry and Sam who did the viewings. Also got our mortgage sorted for our onward purchase with Jamie. Really good guy and look forward to working with him in the future. Thanks all for your hard work

16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This must be worst letting agents in south wales i applied for a property to rent and was sent a link.to.pay holding dyposit i explained it would be done same day but give me until.5pm as im traveling bk to wales from england as i was at relative funeral sadly on my way home throught no fault of mine my mercedes was hit badly on motorway by a drunk driver i was hospitalised for few weeks in bad way i explained to letting agents and they was so rude to me and abusive i even offerd them medical evidance despite this property still availsbile and i have ready funds to rent the property they lied to me and said it was rented for next two years but the house still.remains emty and viewings still.takeing place this agent has in last few days been reported to ombusman for there missconduct towards me and i want make public aware this agent are worst ive ever come accross they lie throught there teath verry dishounest and have no hearts more posts to follow on tick tock and u tube also i was paying 900 that they wanted but in fact the house is only valued by local agents at 675 pcm im single dad recently divorced sleeping on a two seater sofa and am absoultly desprate for a property for me and my daughter this agent needs be ashsmed of them selfs

They took the time to get to know situation, me and my dog! I would recommend as a renter and I have recommended to sellers too.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and made all costs clear right from the beginning, which I really appreciated. My property was off the market within two weeks of our first meeting, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise. Throughout the process, they were always available whenever I needed them, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A perfect balance of friendly and professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

1st Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.
20th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Booked in for a valuation Saturday. The person I originally spoke to on the phone verified with the agent that they were happy to do the Saturday. Rang me back to say they’re happy to. Had two emails confirming the valuation was going ahead - all the correct details. Had to travel for an hour to the property and waited, no one turned up. No apology, reschedule request or anything. Even today when they’re open I haven’t received any communication.

4th May 2026 (2 days ago)Unable to sell my property after eight months on sale. Only had one viewing during that time. Thier mentality is to keep lowering your selling price. Even though they valued my property. Sporadic communication with us. Felt that our property was just placed on the Internet forums and left.

17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
