Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

It was not an easy house to sell, but Lisa was so approachable and took the time to explain my options and associated risks throughout the process and provided frequent updates. I highly recommend her.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 15th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)In a nutshell (in case you're in a rush) we bought a home where Hamilton Piers were the managing estate agents, and they were so good that I had serious estate agent envy.<br><br>I honestly wish we'd chosen them to sell our own home.<br><br>From day one, the experience was a joy. Jade, Jenna and Sarah were not only professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, but also genuinely engaging, compassionate and have great senses of humour. They made us feel like actual people rather than just another sales commission or invoice number.<br><br>Having worked with a few estate agents now, I'd lost faith in the industry. More than once I've been charmed at the start, only to find myself constantly chasing updates after signing up, feeling dismissed and embarrassed that I'd fallen for the sales patter. Hamilton Piers completely restored that faith. Their commitment never wavered.<br><br>Every query was dealt with promptly, and Sarah, their Sales Progression Manager, became someone I spoke to every week. She kept us informed at every stage of the process, not only updating us on the progress of the move but also checking in to see how we were doing and offering help wherever she could.<br><br>The purchase wasn't entirely smooth sailing due to some complications with safety paperwork (nothing to do with the estate agents), but it was handled with extraordinary patience, professionalism and diplomacy. At every stage, we were confident that we were in safe hands.<br><br>We have no plans to move again any time soon, but if we ever do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamilton Piers. The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
