She appreciated that there were a number of pressures and moving parts involved in the transaction and was always willing to listen, keep us updated and help where she could.<br><br>She was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with, and we particularly appreciated the way she dealt with matters calmly and practically when things became time-sensitive. She understood the importance of keeping everyone informed and helped maintain communication between the parties during a fairly pressured transaction.<br><br>Elena was always courteous and helpful, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to see the transaction reach a successful conclusion.<br><br>We are very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. 8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I'm afraid that I would have to advise people to avoid using Quirks - we found them to be very poor at communicating, they don't really understand how to match buyers to properties, they don't advertise on Zoopla or on the Market and they came across as quite unprofessional. Buying and selling a property is stressful and quite emotionally exhausting thing to do and they don't seem to get this at all. They didn't seem to make any effort to sell out property but thankfully when we ended our contract with them and put it on the market with another estate agents, it was bought by the first person that walked through the door

The weather wasn't particularly welcoming, but her smile was all the light and warmth I needed. From that very first moment, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I met Spencer again, and he was just as wonderful. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests, helped me take measurements around the house, and went out of his way to make things easier for me. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. My experience with this agency has been truly different. It's rare to find an estate agency that genuinely cares about your interests and makes you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. Moving to a new town and starting a new chapter can be daunting, but Martha and Spencer have made the whole experience feel warm, reassuring and exciting. Thank you, Martha and Spencer, not just for your professionalism, patience and help, but for the humanity and warmth you bring to your work. You haven't just helped me find a house. You've made me feel welcome in a town I'm about to call home. And that means more than you know. ??

However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line

14th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
