15th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with Balgores. Extremely unprofessional not wanting to pass my offer on to a seller despite it being on the market for many months. I called back a month later to ask if my offer could be put forward a second time round and ended up with a very argumentative staff member who still refused. No idea why they are deciding what should be put forward and what shouldn't, no wonder it's been on the market for months - avoid at all costs!

Ed was our Estate Agent for our House Purchase and given we were first time buyers, he went over and above to get everything over the line and took time to explain it all to us. We mainly spoke with Vanessa, Sue, Hannah and Nick and they were all friendly and supportive and so so helpful with finding a new place quickly when our circumstances changed. We are very happy and will use again if we need to move in the future.

What a good decision! Wayne Shayler took us under his wing and his extensive knowledge of the market and excellent, timely advice was invaluable to us. 16th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The property Specialists no doubt comprises a team of outstanding professionals who are dedicated to seeing customers are happy and satisfied. Might be unfair to mention specific names as everyone appears to be onboard with the standards of the company. The process of renting a property through them is a fantastic experience. Communication is top notch and you can perceive synergy amongst the staff who are willing to provide answers to all questions till you are satisfied. I am so pleased with every aspect of dealing with them so far. They are highly recommended.

Lewis would give regular updates on prospective buyers, viewings and just generally kept me informed of all situations. It felt like he was working hard to get the right price for both myself and prospective buyers, I would highly recommend dealing with Lewis at Gilbert and Rose. After a sale was agreed I was put in touch with Claire Skilbeck who was my sales processor, Claire was great - she kept me fully informed throughout the sale, giving me regular updates and it felt like she was really pushing all sides to try and get the exchange/completion to happen smoothly and quickly.

It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. I recommend Michael Charles as he brought 2 families to view and we got an offer. He works incredibly hard for you. Thanks Balgores!

Sophie in particular has been excellent. Great communication and tenacious to the last! Jake and Mickey have been great, a real personal touch and attention to detail that you just don’t get with the big estate agents. I would recommend them every day of the week.
