We were very happy with the service we received from Brad and the team at Balgores. They got lots of people to see our flat and sold it.
I would recommend they to friends, family and anyone if you are looking to buy or sell.

As a tenant I wouldn’t recommend renting from Balgores. During the two years we rented we experienced issues which they were slow to resolve. Our fire alarm needed servicing. We were very clear to Balgores as to which fire alarm was the issue but they didn’t pass these details onto the workman, who came and serviced the wrong one. He had to be sent back out to service the correct fire alarm. We then had an issue with another fire alarm. Prior to sending out a workman, Balgores has to obtain permission from the landlord. Balgores admitted to attempting to calling the landlord then forgetting to follow up the call after they didn’t get through to the landlord. We were on holiday for a week during this time and came home to a still broken fire alarm which woke us up multiple times during the night.
They said they’d ring the cleaners they use to arrange an end of tenancy clean. Again they didn’t get through to the cleaners. However they didn’t inform us of this. Instead they rang us a couple of days later asking if we’d organised the clean which they said they’d organise. They also didn’t give us a date by which the clean needed to be done but when we did book it told us ideally it had to be sooner.
As part of the end of tenancy report, they stated the cleanliness of the flat was “good” and “fair” following the professional clean. Despite this the landlord claimed to be unhappy with the cleanliness. Balgores then decided to agree with the landlord, which completely contradicted the report and the attached photos.
Do not rent from Balgores!! They treat tenants in an awful manner and only care about keeping their landlords happy.
