They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.
12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

Despite being in two countries, Stacey kept me continuously informed and made sure I always felt involved.<br>Her comforting, patient and reassuring nature made a difficult time in the market much easier. If you’re navigating this challenging market, you’ll be in very capable hands with Stacey. Highly recommended!
30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)In a nutshell (in case you're in a rush) we bought a home where Hamilton Piers were the managing estate agents, and they were so good that I had serious estate agent envy.<br><br>I honestly wish we'd chosen them to sell our own home.<br><br>From day one, the experience was a joy. Jade, Jenna and Sarah were not only professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, but also genuinely engaging, compassionate and have great senses of humour. They made us feel like actual people rather than just another sales commission or invoice number.<br><br>Having worked with a few estate agents now, I'd lost faith in the industry. More than once I've been charmed at the start, only to find myself constantly chasing updates after signing up, feeling dismissed and embarrassed that I'd fallen for the sales patter. Hamilton Piers completely restored that faith. Their commitment never wavered.<br><br>Every query was dealt with promptly, and Sarah, their Sales Progression Manager, became someone I spoke to every week. She kept us informed at every stage of the process, not only updating us on the progress of the move but also checking in to see how we were doing and offering help wherever she could.<br><br>The purchase wasn't entirely smooth sailing due to some complications with safety paperwork (nothing to do with the estate agents), but it was handled with extraordinary patience, professionalism and diplomacy. At every stage, we were confident that we were in safe hands.<br><br>We have no plans to move again any time soon, but if we ever do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamilton Piers. He took the time to understand our situation and always tried to find solutions that worked for everyone involved. 13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ivy & Stone seem like a lovely estate agent and I really like the properties they have available. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)
