He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. 30th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been impressed with the way that Palmers have handled the sale of the property providing expert knowledge of the area and market as well as supporting us to get the house ready for sale. We do not live in the area so their expertise was very much appreciated. The sale was due to a very recent bereavement and they were extremely empathetic recognising it’s been a difficult period.

We had a lot of complications selling our home (not on Lamb's part, just general market conditions and it being oan old home), and everything they did was supportive, thorough, responsive, caring beyond our expectations and hopes.<br><br>Jordan gave us confidence and just set everything up right, the wider team supported us every step of the way, and then comes Jo, who is responsible for sales progression (getting us to completion). I actually train people how to be great with customers for a living. And my new shorthand is: be like Jo.<br><br>Jo is hands-down the most proactive, caring, and brilliant person you can ever hope to work with. What would have been a 10/10 stressful situation for any person, Jo made it infinitely easier. We are indebted to Jo, and the team.<br><br>Our little family could not rate Lamb & Co highly enough. Thank you so so much for selling our home in Clacton.

2nd May 2026 (14 weeks ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

The service from King's is exceptional, they are professional and dedicated . They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. I would never have managed and made the right decisions with out the exceptional and professional advice from King's. I have no hesitation in recommending King's.<br>Stephen King and his team are first class

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. I was kept informed whenever there was a viewing and given honest feedback, they were always helpful in answering any questions. It was reassuring to know they did regular checks on the property as I don't live nearby. I would definitely recommend Blake and Thickbroom.

3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)It is easy to give a 5-star review when everything is straightforward, but the real test is how people handle things when a purchase becomes difficult.<br><br>Towards the end of our purchase, there were some unforeseen circumstances that made the process more challenging. However, the team at Fine & Country were excellent throughout and really helped keep things moving so the purchase could complete.<br><br>Rachele in particular was fantastic, professional, proactive, supportive and genuinely helpful when it mattered most.<br><br>Thank you to Rachele and the Fine & Country team. We really appreciate everything you did to help get this over the line.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

Sold through them on the 1st day of marketing and yet been on the market prior to them taking on the property.
