2nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.
5th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Colebrook Sturrock looked after our house for many years while it was rented out. They did so with such care and professionalism, significantly reducing all those stresses often associated with renting property. So when it came to selling this house, we looked no further. Here again, Colebrook Sturrock's thoughtfulness and professionalism was evident throughout. We were kept constantly informed about the progress of visits and responses, and when it came to receiving an offer, they ensured everything went smoothly to a successful conclusion for all concerned. I only have praise for Colebrook Sturrock and their lettings and sales teams.

We have spoken to a lot of agents in Canterbury during our house hunting and from the get go were seriously impressed by how thorough and responsive they are, with excellent local knowledge.
25th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)Market conditions meant that any estate agent would have failed to sell my property. As a widower I need to down-size, but I am not giving my property away at any price.
26th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.
4th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Booked an appointment with Jack Shale to view a property in Sandwich (sarre place) at 16:30 on 4th January. However no one showed up, completely wasting my time. Very poor! If they could not attend the appointment at least have the decency to call and let me know and save me the hour journey to get there.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

24th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Repeatedly didn't listen to our wishes concerning conducting viewings. Overall felt very let down with Wards. Only managed to arrange one viewing in 20 weeks.

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

They took the time to communicate regularly and were always consummate professionals. They even managed to sell my house for more than I asked for. It would highly recommend Oakwood Homes to anyone selling there property.
