From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

26th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

I wanted a quick sale so that my aunt could move into a care home and he achieved this, His recommendations for a solicitor and a house clearer were also very good. Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

15th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’m hugely impressed by Miles and Bare. Steve W was a breath of fresh air, very personable, engaging and professional with deep knowledge of the housing industry. We had some really great conversations where he gave me a realistic and honest view of the position I am in regarding buying and selling in the current market. His advice was based on what he knew about me by asking thoughtful questions, and having clearly listened carefully to the answers. When I am in a position to move forward again I will not hesitate to put my trust in Steve and Miles and Barr to help me move into my dream home

10th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

We had the sad duty of selling our late father's home and they were so incredibly respectful of his fiancée who was our boots on the ground. It is why we chose them. We have just completed and are so pleased that a wonderful couple will be starting to make beautiful memories too.
