We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

He made the whole experience really great because he was transparent and realistic about both my position and what would suit my budget. He didn’t try to sell or convince me to into anything that wasn’t aligned with me. He understood that I was in a difficult position and he showed me empathy and kind regard. He also recommended his colleagues in the Dover branch to take me to the next stage of my search and I spoke to Colton who also went out of his way to meet my budget and living needs. Overall extremely positive experience and I’m confident I’ll find the perfect home with their help,

13th May 2026 (6 days ago)I had a great experience selling my property through Godwin Curtis - they gave me a realistic property valuation and I felt confident in their ability to sell the house. Jordan and the other members of the team really went above and beyond in offering support and advice throughout the process (as I was selling a rented property), even helping me out with tips on negotiating my onward purchase which was outside of the area, so not their job to help with at all! I would thoroughly recommend Godwin Curtis based on my experience.
27th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)I'd needed to make a claim (upheld by the Property Ombudsman) against another local estate agent, who had dragged out and delayed this 2019-20 (probate) sale, in order to favour their buyer. After the above delay and attendant loss of several potential buyers was stopped in its tracks, with Miles & Barr being appointed to clear up the mess, they delivered a sale (and with yet more delays around the rent-a-roof solar panels installed by our parents - but they got there in the end), albeit at a lower price than we'd initially hoped for.

15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.- 11th May 2026 (8 days ago)Miles and Barr are an exceptional estate agent who have assisted in an urgent sale of a property. Their level of service and attention to detail are unmatched. Together with their customer service and great communication skills have reassured me as the customer and put me at ease. I only wish that I would have found Miles and Barr earlier and not wasted my time with other estate agents (YouMove). I must make special mention of Luke Howard, Luke Taylor, Steve Wall and Aimee. They have been with me every step of the way and made the process manageable. When I sell property in the future, Miles and Barr is who I will be going to. I wish to extend my thanks to the team for all their efforts.
29th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Maps estate agent could not have been better, they have been amazing, constant communication, above and beyond doing more than they needed to so we had a great transition between sale and purchase, we had a slight complication within the chain due to another agent phoned maps nothings a problem they communicated with all involved and sorted everything out that day I’d never use any other agent I will be recommending to anyone I can, thanks again Johnny and team, you really took the stress out of moving

From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
