17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. They were extremely helpful and honest about the whole process always replying promptly to our enquiries.
20th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)Based on our own personal experience dealing with the Head of Sales at Laing Bennett, we found all the hype and the high levels of service on offer fell way short of the mark. Two very basic oversights/errors by the person in charge of Sales really was laughable although the head of sales took exception to her shortcomings when notified by email. The key failure and final straw on her part was her failure to properly arrange photography and a floor plan in one visit. Instead when arranging the third party company to carry out photography and a floor plan, she actually notified the company to carry out photography and an EPC in error. We didn’t require an EPC as our current EPC is valid until 2028. This meant it was going to be necessary for a second visit by the same company to complete a floor plan so wasted time for us and the photographer.<br><br>We had dealings with two other members of staff from Laing Bennett when they came to get an overview of the property and we must say what a contrast, both very professional and switched on which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the Head of Sales. The many positive reviews of this company are undoubtedly genuine, as is ours but on our experience we would have to suggest to any of our friends or colleagues looking to move, choose an alternative agent.

Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.
15th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.- 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I’m hugely impressed by Miles and Bare. Steve W was a breath of fresh air, very personable, engaging and professional with deep knowledge of the housing industry. We had some really great conversations where he gave me a realistic and honest view of the position I am in regarding buying and selling in the current market. His advice was based on what he knew about me by asking thoughtful questions, and having clearly listened carefully to the answers. When I am in a position to move forward again I will not hesitate to put my trust in Steve and Miles and Barr to help me move into my dream home

Both Paul and John-Paul were so patient and happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!)<br><br>I can't recommend them enough if you're looking to buy or sell your property. We had the sad duty of selling our late father's home and they were so incredibly respectful of his fiancée who was our boots on the ground. It is why we chose them. We have just completed and are so pleased that a wonderful couple will be starting to make beautiful memories too.
