17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
30th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have used Finn in 2016 buying a property to let. Their service is great. I used them again in 2018 for selling a 16th century property that other agency could not find any buyers during the two years before 2018 but fantastic team at Finn managed to fid a buyer for that 10 bedroom property. In 2025, decided to sell my second home and Finn mamaged to find a buyer after 6 to 8 weeks and the sale was completed end of January 2026. 9th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Sharing this as constructive feedback. I travelled a long distance by public transport for a 3:30 pm viewing and was given a Google Maps link that led to the wrong location. I waited in the rain and called the agency when I realised the issue. Instead of acknowledging the incorrect link, the male staff member I spoke with was dismissive and placed the responsibility on me to double-check the postcode. I was asked to reach the property within an unrealistic timeframe, despite explaining there was no bus, I hadn’t brought a car, and it was a long walk in the rain. The tone felt rude and lacking empathy. The viewing eventually took place but felt rushed. While the property was well presented and a detailed handout was provided, clearer communication, accountability, and a more respectful approach would have made a big difference. I liked the property but chose not to proceed due to the experience.

We were given plenty of time to look around and ask questions. Bobby ensured we had a positive experience and told us not to hesitate to get in touch if we had further questions. We will be in touch. As first-time buyers, my partner and I were naturally nervous about the moving process, but the team made everything so much easier to understand. ?A massive shout-out to Aston, who was truly instrumental in getting us to the finish line. Our solicitors were an absolute nightmare to deal with, but Aston stepped in and managed the communication brilliantly, taking a huge weight off our shoulders. He even gave us his direct number and was available at any time to answer our (many!) questions, which provided us with so much peace of mind. ?Angela was also fantastic right from the start. she was so helpful in arranging our initial viewings and acted as a great bridge between us and the sellers, making the entire transition into our new home seamless. ?If you’re looking for an estate agent that actually cares and goes above and beyond, look no further. Thank you, Aston, Angela, and the whole team!

13th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Terrible company to deal with. Nobody has the answer to your questions. They don’t return calls or responds the emails. Service charge has gone up 55% after my first year of owning my flat. 1 star is one too many. Avoid at all costs!
24th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I'm a new Landlord customer with Godwin Curtis, and I find that tremendously knowledgeable about the local area, ready and willing to give helpful practical advice and handholding through the process, and very efficient in finding and bringing in tenants. I have new tenants after just a couple of weeks on the market! I've never found them pushy or too busy to communicate with me. So, so far, Rachel and David have absolutely won my confidence.
27th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)I'd needed to make a claim (upheld by the Property Ombudsman) against another local estate agent, who had dragged out and delayed this 2019-20 (probate) sale, in order to favour their buyer. After the above delay and attendant loss of several potential buyers was stopped in its tracks, with Miles & Barr being appointed to clear up the mess, they delivered a sale (and with yet more delays around the rent-a-roof solar panels installed by our parents - but they got there in the end), albeit at a lower price than we'd initially hoped for.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

Their professionalism, service & communication has been amazing regarding my late father’s property, Special thank you’s go to Oliver and Vanessa. A credit to Wards ! They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all what they have done to TRY & make this a smooth selling. Tough at times and frustrating but these two were so amazing ! They deserve a pay rise or bonus ! I will recommend Wards Estate Agents to anyone I know … thank you once again ??????

Months have gone buy and they refuse to actually speak to me and block my emails, even though they are the Management company for my Flat. Not a great position to take Sanderson's UK would never use them Dreadful customer service and responses I would dispute your response. The review comes from personal interaction with Sandersons UK, their employee(s) and their reaction and treatment of individuals seeking transparency. It is not just about the issues mentioned in your reply, but much larger and more important matters This is not a place to argue the facts of this dispute, rather for you to respond in a much more positive way that may lead to a different review Now not responding to me for three weeks
15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. They made you feel they trully cared about your sale. I have used other local estate agent but Mapps estate agents are in a league of their own. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you to you all.

11th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.
