Kerry and Chloe went above and beyond to help; they communicated every viewing and the associated feedback promptly and worked harder than our solicitors to ensure the sale process proceeded as smoothly and quickly as possible! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property as I was impressed by their knowledge, expertise and work at every stage.

The quick sale enabled us to buy our desired property elsewhere. She’s been friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right property. She’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and has been great at keeping in touch. Although I haven’t found the right property yet, I really appreciate all of Jess’s help and would happily recommend the team at Shipways Redditch.

11th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)AVOID CONNELLS AT ALL COSTS I am receiving passive aggressive emails from Connells 5 years after they made my house purchase 10x harder than it needed to be despite being told my information had been removed from their databases in line with GDPR regulations- clearly they cannot even manage that. As a first time buyer I was given a terrible deal as I unfortunately did not know any better- if you are a first time buyer, or really any buyer, AVOID CONNELLS. EDIT 17/3/26 - you’ve replied telling me to get in touch to make it look to people like you’re doing something about this but you have now not replied to my email. Again, Connells cannot manage the most basic of tasks - do not involve them in your purchase/sale/rental of your house. Edit 1/6/26 still no reply, avoid this company. 11/6/26 I have received another email reminding me to renew my mortgage, clearly GDPR means nothing to this company. I still have not received an email which I was promised in reply to this review.

24th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)A Fantastic service from all at Elizabeth Davenport, Nick was fantastic from the start restoring our faith in Estate Agents he was always straight talking and more importantly kept in touch with us even when there was nothing to report. Michael was brilliant with the viewings especially as we had already moved out.. The person we were most impressed with (Sorry Nick & Michael ????????????) was Kelly from the sales progression team, boy she knows her stuff… She kept on top of everyone in the chain both the other agents and the solicitors, she knew more about what was going on and when than our solicitor. Thankfully, Crabb Curtis made the whole experience feel straightforward and far less stressful than I imagined.<br><br>A huge thank you to Danny and Lillie, who were fantastic throughout. 17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
7th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)From start to finish, everything was handled exceptionally well and Margetts are definitely the right estate agents to use if you want a personalised and stress-free experience. The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process. We have previously used Margetts as our letting agent and again they excelled in keeping us informed and streamlining any issues in a solution focused manner.
