19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

Despite a prolonged time from advertising to completion (those 17 months seemed like an eternity), the team showed patience and professionalism with all the queries raised by various interested parties. I'd have no problem recommending Robinsons to anyone looking for a local estate agent.
12th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)They don’t do repairs on houses took 3 months last year to repair a hole in the roof and now they are avoiding more repairs damp in the house and they do nothing!

23rd Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I’ve been with DH1 Lettings and Sales for over 7 years, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. They managed and looked after my house while it was rented out, and more recently they successfully (and very quickly!) sold it for me – all while I was living abroad in Dubai. They’re a genuine family business who really care, not only about their landlords but also about the tenants. Communication has always been excellent, and I’ve always felt my property was in safe hands. 25th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Having a house with langdales estate and letting has been a nightmare of my life not only did they promise me things that never went through they made me pay for rat infestation problems never sent no one out for fixtures and when they did it was bodge jobs everywhere absolutely disgusting. Ceiling was falling through lucky it never while I was there after I reported it constantly which I have proof for. Had to watch my home turn worse beach’s I refused to have to do everything with estate agents who were ignorant untill paying rent- 19th May 2026 (1 day ago)Managed four of our properties in the Bishop Auckland area over a number of years. Communication has always been excellent, and everything has been handled in a professional, efficient manner from start to finish. Whenever any issues came up, they were dealt with quickly and with minimal hassle for us as landlords. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services to anyone looking for a trustworthy property management company

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
