22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Excellent service. Stayed back after hours to help us. We felt we were kept in a loop all the time, communication was clear and frequent. We felt they were on our side and did everything they could to make a house purchase stress free. Shout out to Scott and Fiona specifically. We have originally with different solicitors and had a bad experience. Glad we have swapped to Connor Malcolm. Top marks.
24th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Throughout the past few weeks, the agents at Dunfermline REMAX have provided exceptional service, managing all aspects of marketing, documentation, communication, and social media from inception to completion. Their comprehensive support alleviated any concerns I might have had. The team's friendly and helpful approach, coupled with their outstanding customer service, was truly commendable. Their profound knowledge of the market and strategic application of various techniques ensured the attraction of suitable prospective buyers. Despite the inherently stressful nature of the process, their involvement significantly eased my burden. Therefore, a massive thank you to Adrian King and his fantastic team up in Dunfermline branch! Yes, sold another one! Thank you Sukie
16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)The Dalgety Bay team provided the service exactly as advertised and my property sold despite a quite market. Marketing, viewing attendance and updates were great.
17th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)McDougall McQueen has supported my Family over the years and we have always felt in safe, well informed competent hands, I highly recommend this firm and will not hesitate to contact them for future assistance.
14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)They were brilliant to start with. We almost achieved the price they suggested. Overall ok but ... They needed a bit of chasing at points.
6th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)If it was possible, I'd have given Abbey Forth zero stars. Here's my experience with them: The place I rented from Abbey Forth had not been cleaned when I moved in. It was in a disgusting state with several broken fixtures. I took many photos and informed them that, because I was having to clean my new flat, I wouldn't be paying for the place to be professionally cleaned when I moved out. Throughout my year at the property, they were unprofessional and unhelpful when other problems arose: trying to charge me for boiler repairs (a boiler which was leaking on day 1), failing to resolve a drainage issue outside the kitchen door and, worst of all, falling to resolve an infestation of slugs in the kitchen - an obvious health hazard. When I moved out, they unsurprisingly tried to deduct £190 from my deposit for cleaning. I successfully disputed this charge with the deposit scheme, using the pictures and emails I'd sent them over the length of the tenancy. The deposit scheme found that, as the property was not cleaned to a good condition for the start of the tenancy, that I should only having to pay £60 In summary: Abbey Forth is the worst estate agent I've ever used. Rude staff and a general ethos of trying to squeeze money out of tenants for as little effort as possible. Only sign up with them if you are desperate and have no other options. If this is the case, then please make sure you document everything for inevitable struggle to get your deposit back
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Great service. Really attentive team- Tiffany and Cass have been so helpful and supportive throughout the move. Thank you- 12th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Horrible agency, especially the agent's attitude when calling them. Faked the inventory report when I moved in, everything is a mess when I moved in.
30th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Penny was fantastic from start to finish. She kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and handled all of our viewings. She was always friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciated her support and would highly recommend her. ??????

Neilsons Solicitors & Estate Agents - South Queensferry
37 High Street, South Queensferry, EH30 9HN(86 reviews)
9th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We decided on Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents for both the sale of our property and purchase of a new build. We are so glad that we did!

From the very initial stages our Property Valuer Kevin Conway instantly put us at ease. He took a genuine interest in our property and ensured he noted down all the key features. He was very knowledgeable of the market and was able to steer us in the right direction when it came to setting an asking price which would attract interest while obtaining a reasonable expectation to achieve more than the valuation or at least the valuation.

The system for setting up viewings of our property for sale and gaining feedback worked very well. We were giving plenty of notice of viewings allowing us time to make arrangements for our baby.

Sian Burt (senior paralegal) and Phoebe King (trainee solicitor) were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, ensure that we understood every part of the process, and to support us through it and their communication was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for more! For what is a very stressful experience we were made to feel in very safe hands.

Suzie Johnstone (Anti-Money Laundering Officer) was very clear in what documentation we required for all the checks and made it a very streamlined process.

Apologies for anyone I have missed. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. Everyone we dealt with were highly professional, knowledgeable and provided an exceptional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

24th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I honestly couldn't recommend John and Tyler enough! From start to finish, they have been absolutely amazing.
They have been constantly helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had.

They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood each step of the process, which was so reassuring as a first time buyer. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they have made the whole experience less stressful and a lot easier.

I would 100% recommend anyone to get in touch with them for mortgage advice!

Thanks so much again to you both!
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Me and my fiancée sold our flat with Revere. We initially picked a well known “premium” estate agent and had nothing but issues. It resulted in us looking for other options. We had heard good things about Revere and after talking to Craig we swapped over. Craig and his team sold our place within a month and we got a price we were very happy with. I cannot recommend Revere and especially, Craig enough. He went above and beyond for us and even helped negotiate offers when he was on holiday! We would not hesitate to use Revere again and if I could give more stars I would. Absolutely the best estate agents out there! 10/10
11th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Blair at Curran & Co. From start to finish, Blair was friendly, approachable and professional, making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

His many years of experience and excellent knowledge of the local property market were invaluable. He guided us through every stage, kept us regularly updated and was always happy to answer any questions or offer advice.

We were delighted with the price achieved for our home and felt in very safe hands throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blair and Curran & Co to anyone looking to sell their property!
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so.
REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.
The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.
It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!
A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.
29th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Mason homes have been brilliant with the sale of our property. Jodi always went above and beyond and was extremely understanding of our circumstances. The full team were brilliant.
