6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)As buyers we were most impressed with Fulfords, in particular Harry.<br>Nothing was too much trouble for him.<br>His "can do" attitude when it came to providing access for second viewings, surveys etc. was very helpful.<br>If only all estate agent staff were as good, the whole buying process would be a more pleasant experience.<br>Thank you.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were selling a very old house as executors and it turned out to be very complicated. Stags were patient and helpful throughout and supported us all the way. The house was eventually sold - the delay being mainly due to a purchase which fell through and they certainly earned their commission.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We requested a valuation for probate and Dunford Brown didnt turn up and didn’t apologise or give any reason for this.<br>We will DEFINITELY never be using them to market our property and will be advising our friends and family to do the same.
