The team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me well informed at every stage and were always quick to respond to any questions. What stood out most was their dedication and personal approach. They made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free, even during more complicated stages. Their knowledge and clear communication gave me confidence from start to finish.

This was probably due to current market conditions- 31st Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through Fulfords. I found them professional and easy to deal with. In particular Harry Copping went the extra mile to get answers to our queries in order to reassure us at a very stressful time. One suggestion - it would be helpful if, when staff are away on leave, they could have an auto-reply to that effect on their email to stop us waiting unnecessarily for a response. That said, we would recommend Fulfords and to Harry in particular - thank you so much for all your help.

16th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

3rd Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)From start to finish of selling my beloved long-time family home in Shelburne Rd, Calne, Mollie, Peter, Milan & the BB team were perfect at keeping me updated with viewings, feedbacks, conveyancer recommendation, EPC/floorplan survey recommendation & setting reasonable expectations in terms of market pricing and time-to-sell. The team are fully wired into the locality and by far the best experience I've had with motivated & proactive estate agents. Chapeau team BB & 100% certain i'll be engaging with you again when I move back to the area!

Highly professional, hard working agents who know their job well. They did not shy away from having difficult conversations and they were honest, giving accurate information at all times. Very patient and did not rush me to buy any property to make profit but rather wanted to make sure I find the right one which is what exactly happened. The best estate agency in Exeter and as I was looking for a property for almost two years and had "used" others too. Amelia and Carolyn I cannot thank you enough you made the whole experience memorable, you made me feel safe and extremely happy in my new home!!
