17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I didn't know much about Clarke Gammon when I first saw the property that I wanted to buy, but my whole experience with this company has been superb, in no small part thanks to Simon Brooks in Haslemere. Simon was friendly, helpful and highly efficient in all my dealings with him. His years of experience proved invaluable. When communication was needed, he was always there to keep me informed, providing a vital link between the vendors and solicitors. His calm reassurance was much appreciated, managing keep everything on track resulting in a successful outcome for all of us.<br>Many thanks, Simon.
2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I can’t recommend Hamptons highly enough! Jason was fantastic from the moment we contacted Hamptons to register our interest in finding a new house in Haslemere. He listened to our requirements and helped to buy our wonderful new home. He always keeping us informed of what was happening in the chain and was very supportive and reassuring along the way. Stuart was also extremely helpful in making sure the purchase progressed. I wish all estate agents provided such a great service.

31st Oct 2020 (5 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Mark went above and beyond to help us sell our property with the Haslemere branch of Henry Adams. Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Have just completed on our house sale and Masella Coupe were great. Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.
26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I have only had the opportunity to deal with Sam, so it is difficult to give an evaluation of the business in general. With that said, if Sam is typical of the workers there, then with any reservations I would recommend this business. Sam demonstrated excellent knowledge and competency, he was patient and professional, and his customer service was warm and wise. If you are thinking of dealing with an estate agent to find you a mortgage, don't hesitate contact these guys now, and I would suggest to ask for Sam who will no doubt pass you on to one of his colleagues if he is unable to deal with you.
1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)?????<br><br>We honestly cannot recommend Homes highly enough, and in particular, Amy, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process.<br><br>To say Amy went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. Our purchase became more complicated than expected, including an issue with finding the service charge information relating to our sellers’ onward purchase. With very little progress being made elsewhere, Amy personally went out of her way to speak to a neighbour to find out the information we needed and then passed it directly on to the solicitor. What could have resulted in weeks of unnecessary back-and-forth was resolved thanks to her initiative and determination.<br><br>And it didn’t stop there. On the day of completion, Amy was actually helping our sellers pack boxes and take down curtains to help get the property vacated as quickly as possible. She genuinely went far beyond what we could ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but having someone like Amy in your corner makes such a difference. She has been an absolute angel throughout the entire process, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us.<br><br>Amy is a real credit to Homes, and we truly cannot thank her enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, we would wholeheartedly recommend them. ?????

26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

In our recent move we sold and bought our houses through them and the overriding impression we gained was of a highly professional, but also a friendly, personal service.<br>We were selling a family home we loved, and we appreciated the fact that the whole team at Seymours took the time to get to know the house and understand how best to promote it to potential buyers.<br>We are particularly grateful to James who handled both transactions and worked assiduously to manage the whole process, skilfully liaising and negotiating with all parties involved.
