17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have rented out a property for some time; Hamptons have been the managing agent. The Letting Office have always been helpful and informative; in particular Sonja Broderick who always has time to listen to us. During our time we have had a number of property managers; currently Antony Bacon. Have to say Antony has been the best! He has been pleasant and helpful particularly now when we are dealing with a leak which had gone undetected for some time. He understands how we are feeling about the whole thing, is communicative with progress, and always willing to chase contractors to keep things moving.

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)2023 was a difficult year in the housing market. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!

Joe, Luke and Tiffany have all proved to us that we made the very best choice in selecting them for the job. From the outset, they were professional, attentive and very responsive - replying to all calls, messages and emails on the same day. They matched us with the perfect buyers and the sale proceeded at speed. They answered our queries, managed all the viewings, and pointed us in the direction of all the relevant people to support our sale and removal. Nothing was too much trouble. The sale went through smoothly leaving both sellers and buyers extremely satisfied. I would definitely use their agency again and recommend them most highly to others. An enormous 'thank you' to the whole team.

Libby, James and Becky make a fantastic team and always had our interests at heart. 3rd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
