The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. 16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 24th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

22nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Very poor experience from start to finish. I called on Saturday and was told they would check with the current tenants and arrange a viewing. They booked me in for 15:00, but when I called to confirm they went silent and stopped responding.<br><br>I chased again on Monday and they rearranged the viewing for 13:15. I arrived at 13:17. As I pulled up in my car the agent was already leaving, and we made eye contact. It was obvious I was there for the property, yet he carried on walking off, later claiming he assumed I wasn't coming. He couldn't wait even two minutes. When he finally came back to show me the property, he was abrupt, barely spoke to me, and gave the impression he had no interest in showing it at all.<br><br>When I asked about any flexibility on the rent, he told me he already had four other offers, all at the full asking price of £1,375, and that all four had already paid deposits.<br><br>Afterwards I messaged to ask about the council tax and to let them know I liked the property and wanted to put in an offer. Again, no reply. They simply ghosted me.<br><br>A complete lack of basic customer service and common courtesy. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)
