Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.

This was a for sure reason in this property being second guessed by us prior to choosing. It never seemed to be a priority for them to meet us and make us feel welcome.

29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful<br>She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day<br>I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge<br>If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot<br>Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.<br>As a person who has been radicalised by common decency I highly recommend her.<br>if you are selling your house, you want this woman to do it for you<br>if you are a potential buyer and come across her then you will have a pleasant experience

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you to Aysha, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. She kept us regularly updated, responded promptly to our questions, and always made sure we knew what was happening at each stage. We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

They were transparent about the process and Karen would always make time to speak to me when I needed to chat. The team at Grace also ensured I was able to get quick viewings at the property when requested. Both Karen and Lewis were very friendly and open, and I appreciate the time they gave me throughout the process.
