17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

Sara had a lot of patience and gave a lot of attention to detail when taking me through the viewings. She had a good understanding of exactly what I wanted as a customer and worked alongside me to find a suitable place to live. Sara and Janene were also very helpful throughout the rest of the buying process. Janene worked hard during the sales progression and was very good at keeping me updated and well informed. They were both very helpful, attentive and supportive. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

Selling or buying the market can be tricky but they went above and beyond to ensure everyone involved – the buyer and the solicitors – played ball. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
