18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)To be fair the office team were great and supportive. The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.

We could not have asked for any more form Lauren, Maddie and Eve Never complained and were with us all the way, through a very difficult sale with difficult solicitors and lower chain issues. The purchase was a breeze due to H&H’s relationship building. Thank you so very much from all of us, Kindest David, Amanda and Archie.

There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

11th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)The Most Terrible letting agent to ever come across. You rent from them and when moving out they will try all means to withhold your deposit. They will not give you inventory when moving into the property but when you dispute the claims on your deposit then then will give DPS old videos and pictures of the property. Very wicked guys
