She has been really helpful throughout my house purchase journey. During the process Kerry has been helpful in terms of keeping in touch regarding updates and progress. Was also pleasantly pleased to receive house gift box upon collecting the keys. Very nice and professional of them. Would highly recommend them to anyone based on the service I have experienced. 3rd May 2026 (21 days ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. 5th May 2026 (19 days ago)Bad people I tried every way to meet them in the middle in a way that proves we can work with each other I tried to prove my hardest that I have a stable job I showed them my statements and my job details and prove of pay and my warehouse company absolute the worst they didn’t even give me my deposit back it’s always been the workers doing a poor job

Thank you for your lovely new home gift box, it was such a sweet gesture that melted our hearts! To Rachel and Kelly: Thank you both for everything you have done for us again and for making everything in your power to speed up the checking process to allow us to move in in a timely manner!
