4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I would like to say thank you to Sara and her team for such efficient service during the sale of a property from a deceased estate.<br>Sara is passionate about property and very personable. Her team are equally dedicated and professional.<br><br>Google will not allow me to write a second review for Nest, despite me using them again recently. I would like to say that Sara and her team gave us equally superb service and attention to detail during the sale of my Mother's bungalow in Broughton Astley. Selling the homes of both my mother and my mother in law in less than six months has been a difficult time for our family, but Sara and team helped the transaction to go through with as little trouble as possible. They are dependable, answer queries quickly and keep the lines of communication open at all times. Do consider using Nest as they are a great team and won't let you down - transparent, honest and don't make false promises, just what you need when selling a home.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this estate agency. From the start, it was clear they only care about pushing through a quick sale rather than actually understanding what I need. They pressured me to fit their timescale with zero consideration for my personal circumstances or capacity to move at that pace.<br><br>There was also no attempt to understand what I’m looking for in my next property. I specifically need a 3-4 bed detached house, and despite telling the agent this, I kept receiving listings for 2 bed semis instead from the ‘agent’ Mandip Nagra. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my requirements.<br><br>On top of that, when I asked to rearrange a photography session for my house, Mandip was genuinely rude to me about it, saying that I was making the estate agent lose money. He spoke to me in a condescending tone stating ‘you do know that this isn’t the first time you’ve tried to rearrange the photography session, right?’ That interaction was the final straw of why I decided to pull out of the sale entirely. If a basic conversation about rearranging a booking turns into rudeness, it doesn’t inspire any confidence in how the rest of the process would be handled.<br><br>Overall, this experience has left me feeling like a number rather than a client. I’d expect basic listening skills and courtesy as standard, and this agency failed on both counts. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want an agent who actually takes your needs into account. I really hope the manager, Steve, will speak to Mandip regarding my complaint about his attitude as this will continue to push customers away if it is not corrected.
24th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)? 1 Star – I Would Not Recommend This Estate Agency<br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this estate agency to think twice. My experience from moving in to moving out has been extremely disappointing.<br>When I first moved into Aylestone Road the property, was in a terrible condition. The flooring was coming up, door handles were broken, the carpets were brown and had a foul smell, and there were cracks in the walls. I even had to spend my own money removing a sofa and wardrobe that had been left in the property, as well as painting and improving the flat myself just to make it feel presentable and liveable.<br>After I had put my own time and money into improving the property, I later asked to add my partner to the tenancy and the agency then attempted to increase the rent, despite the fact that I was the one who had paid towards improving the condition of the flat.<br>Repairs were another issue. Whenever something needed fixing, I experienced long delays, including waiting over two weeks for repairs to be dealt with.<br>The most frustrating part has been moving out. After the condition the property was originally given to me in, the agency is now attempting to make deductions from my deposit for issues I do not believe I am responsible for, including cleaning and what I consider to be normal wear and tear. They have also claimed that charges are required for professional cleaning, despite the fact that we left the property considerably cleaner than when we received them.<br>It is extremely frustrating to improve a property at your own expense, leave it in a better condition than you received it, and then still be faced with attempts to deduct money from your deposit for cleaning and other issues.<br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency. Take plenty of dated photographs and videos of absolutely everything when moving into one of their properties and keep records of all communication, repairs and money you spend on the property.<br>Do not assume your deposit will be straightforward to get back. From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, the whole team were helpful, professional and supportive throughout what can sometimes be quite a stressful process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lia, who was absolutely amazing throughout the sale. She was always available to answer all my questions, kept me updated and, most importantly, reassured me whenever I was worried or unsure about anything. Her communication and support really made a difference.<br><br>I would also like to thank Will, who came out at the beginning to carry out the valuation and provided really helpful advice and guidance. He came across as genuinely invested in selling our property, and his “no-pitch pitch” ticked all the right boxes.<br><br>Emily took us from signing the contract to having an offer accepted within just 4 days and did a fantastic job of keeping everything moving from there, making the sale genuinely hassle-free.<br><br>They’re both genuinely nice people and we really liked dealing with them. Most importantly, they delivered on the money too, achieving a price well above the recommendations of the competing agents.<br><br>A great service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harry, Emily and the team.

Took my business elsewhere and Riva lily responded same day!! Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Hampsons

Charlie suggested a realistic price and we sold our property in a short space of time. We asked for recommendations for a solicitor and Harpreet was experienced and competent. Everyone involved made the whole process effortless and uncomplicated.

18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.
