2nd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Sara and her team were brilliant, friendly and helpful right from the valuation. We got our house valued unsure as to if we were staying or moving until we knew the value. We told Sara this and she didn’t mind at all. Once on the market the team could not do enough to help. Offer received and then issues in the chain. Kerry was very patient with us and helped me stay sane. All the issues at the bottom of the chain (out of our hands!), we agreed everything that could go wrong, did ! Our completion date was put back 3 times; every step of the way the team were there to take my call, deal with my tears and give us the reassurance we needed. Nest really did earn their commission on our sale. Thank you seems so insignificant for all their help. I can strongly recommend this company.

19th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Property on the market for over 6 months only 4 viewings felt like they forget about selling our property. They didn't stay in contact with us and there only advice was to drop the asking price, we might have considered a lower price but they needed to generate interest through there marketing. We haven't sold our property yet and are considering our options.

4th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Avoid renting with them. Immersion in the water tank broke down and Martin & Co send a technician that after couple of visits did not fix it. I warned Martin & Co that if the boiler were to break down (is an old one), I would have no hot water, but they disregard my email. 4 weeks after that the boiler broke down. I told them there is no hot water in the apartment but after a week they have done nothing and I am still with no hot water. When I meal them they reply with excuses saying they are tracking down the contractors to get an estimate or that they have contacted the landlord but got an out of office reply. Avoid Martin & Co at all cost, they don't care about you they just care about not upsetting the landlord. Check their reviews in Trustpilot for more accurate ones

29th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Alexander's have been fantastic from the beginning of the process right through until the end of the process. During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice. Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was. Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed. Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible. The whole team is fantastic. At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at. Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot. My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to. Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies. Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring. If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent. If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend. 15th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Hampsons have been on point from the first moment we met them. They've been honest,upfront, realistic and they've done everything they promised. Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.
