From the initial valuation through to completion, everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed at every stage, any questions I had were answered promptly, and the team worked hard to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable. All staff showed professionalism, dedication, and constant support and were outstanding, and I always felt confident knowing they were handling everything. They genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome and kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. We were able to view the property immediately after being listed online, placed our offer which was accepted the same day, before having a smooth end-to-end buying process over the following few months. Brilliant communication for all parties involved (including our conveyancers and mortgage broker) making it super easy (and less stressful!) for our first house purchase. Thank you!!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Margaret James stood out immediately for their deep local knowledge of Olney and their guidance on the best locations for our future plans.<br><br>Rob’s communication—day and night—was outstanding. He worked tirelessly with solicitors, kept the entire chain together, and remained persistently diplomatic throughout as he worked with our selling agent in MK. He as did she promised they would bring the chain to a successful conclusion, and he delivered.<br><br>The final touch was unforgettable: a personal visit with a luxury bonus voucher box filled with foodie treats and retail vouchers, a handshake, and the keys. Genuine care, hard work, and real commitment from start to finish.<br><br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Margaret James and Rob, who truly went above and beyond on our behalf. I would also recommend working with agents at the buying and selling ends who know each other, as did we, - the relationship between agents who work well together was noticeably a good thing.<br>Thanks, Rob.

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
