9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I called the agency twice to enquire about agency fees as I was interested in putting a property up on the open market, a very rude staff member picked up the called wouldn't share her name or direct me to the sales team. When I spoke to her about what agent fees are and what is included in it which are very standard questions to ask was met with a rude response where they were unable to share these details. Not sure why, because how else are people willing to list properties if they don't know what the agent fees are or what the service includes.
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Very thankful and pleased with the team in Flitwick, Initially we was searching in Luton and Daniel reached out to see if we was interested in expanding our search area and if I fancied popping in to speak to the mortgage adviser. The planets aligned for us on this as the adviser Johnathan filled me with much more confidence than the other companies and after explaining our criteria they pulled up the ideal property!! The whole process was pretty easy for us as first time buyers and we was guided very well through the journey. Not at any point did we feel pressured into any decisions. I have been particularly impressed by the calm, respectful and efficient way he has handled everything. Property transactions can be stressful and complicated, but Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns, explain matters clearly and treat my circumstances with genuine understanding. His knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication have given me reassurance and confidence during an important time for my family. It is rare to receive such a high level of personal attention and customer care. Although my transaction is still ongoing, I already believe Kevin deserves special recognition for the way he has supported me. I have every confidence in him and would highly recommend his services. From start to finish HS have been just perfect.<br>Incredibly professional and prompt with any comms whilst still making us feel at ease and as though they were on our side as much as the landlords. Honestly the best tenancy experience I’ve ever had (and I lived in London for over a decade…). The team seems lovely but a particular mention for Michelle who really was fantastic.<br>Use these guys!

Rob came out to value it very quickly, and within a week we had photos done and were on the market.<br><br>Jen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was brilliant from start to finish, she kept us updated after every viewing, arranged everything quickly and managed to secure the price we wanted for our house.<br><br>She was also amazing at chasing solicitors and making sure everything kept moving, which made what can be a very stressful process feel so much smoother.<br><br>We’re now in our forever family home and couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful to Jen and Rob for all their hard work and would definitely recommend Margaret James to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

Jenny was especially helpful with all our queries and when showing us around property and extremely kind and easy to talk to, it made viewing properties much less daunting! I would definitely recommend signature sails and lettings to others!!!

3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was extremely pleased with the professional experience I had when selling my property through Goodacres based on Castle Road.<br>I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties.<br>From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings.<br>My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too.<br>Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).<br>Huge thanks to the whole team I will and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues you all made what can be a stressful and sometimes long experience into a positive one! ??????<br>All the best Gary
