Lauren managed our sale and was incredibly helpful throughout, always responsive, professional, and went the extra mile to keep us informed at every stage.<br><br>Their fees were very reasonable too, especially given the level of service we received. The biggest advantage for us was that they’re genuinely local agents with great knowledge of the area. This made a real difference when it came to advising potential buyers about the location, which definitely helped speed up the sale.<br><br>Highly recommend Carter Williams, and Lauren in particular, to anyone looking to sell their property in the area

They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)My friend had a very disappointing experience with Sarina. From the very beginning, she did not clearly explain the rental process or the requirements, and she showed very little interest in presenting the property in the way a professional letting agent should.<br><br>After my friend had already paid the deposit, she was informed that she could no longer rent the property. Different reasons were given, but they did not seem to reflect the real situation. It left us with the impression that they simply did not want to offer her the property.<br><br>The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude made this a very frustrating experience. My friend is extremely disappointed with how she was treated and would not want anyone else to go through the same experience. I cannot recommend this service based on what happened.

We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!
19th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

Very professional explained everything to me making sure I was comfortable with everything .Definitely recommend
26th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)We engaged Woodfords to sell 5 barn conversions in the Oundle area. Very happy with the outcome, as well as their performance and service. All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I have to thank Tom for working hard before completion date. Your a star Michaela for the updates and going above and beyond to keep us on the correct path.especually when I was having a blip. Christie, what can I say from the first meeting we liked you, we walked into this bunglow and new instantly we wanted it , and you went above and beyond to help us secure it, and sold our house also ,csk tgank you your an exseptional young lady, abd i wish you every success through out your career. 27th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Young Residential is as good as it gets, I highly recommend it.<br>Duncan is professional, efficient and good to do business with.<br>He sold our house within 2 days of us placing it with the agency, and it all went smoothly until only 6 days before completion the buyer withdrew.<br>Duncan had it back on the market within hours, and it sold again the very next day. He really is good at his job!<br>His Sales Progression assistant Beccy is equally helpful, efficient & friendly, she gets things done; what more could you want?
