They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible. What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Mason, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house. Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I had viewed a property with her before, so i knew what to expect. She was thorough in explaining the different features of each properties and showed very kind consideration when a tenant was still in. No crafty sales pitch, but a refreshing honesty and consideration for my specific needs. I would highly recommend viewing properties with her and should i need to again, i will not hesitate to get in touch

From the very first enquiry to signing the tenancy agreement and collecting the keys, Leanne was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Moving home can be a stressful experience, but she made everything straightforward and kept me informed at every stage. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What stood out most was her communication and attention to detail. Leanne was always approachable, proactive, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring everything went smoothly for both me and the landlord. Now happily settled into my new home and would like to thank Leanne and the team at Simpson & Partners for making the process so seamless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leanne and Simpson & Partners to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a property.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
