Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

They always answered my questions quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Steve for his outstanding support, professionalism and responsiveness. He was always there to help, answer any questions and make sure everything was handled properly.<br><br>We really appreciate all the help and support we received. Thank you to the whole team for such a great service. 24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I cannot praise Sharman Quinney enough. We worked with Lauren Jones, who helped us sell our house extremely quickly after we had found a house we loved. Unfortunately, we missed out on the original property but Lauren and the team went door knocking locally to find us an alternative property that we loved even more that we have had our offer accepted on, all in the space of around 2 weeks!<br>Communication with Lauren and the team is excellent, no matter who you speak to on the phone everyone has knowledge of where you’re at in the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>We would definitely recommend and would work with Sharman Quinney again in the future.<br><br>Lauren, thank you so much!

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We chose Mustard in Towcester to sell our house and while it was not an easy sale we could not have picked a better team – and dealing with a team of three we always knew to whom we were speaking. Ben’s experience, good judgement and pragmatism brought us through successfully and he was ably backed up by Maddie who worked hard chasing up any delays and in keeping us fully informed. Grace successfully showed people around our property – not a job we would have fancied doing – kept us informed and we quickly had potential buyers. We should also mention the photographs taken were of the highest quality.

Was initially being let down after positive viewings, mainly by a lack of communication.<br><br>From the start to completion of this Chelton Brown Ltd listed property, the service overall was absolutely great. Can not fault the super friendly and professional staff, who provided a top class service.<br>After nearly a month at this property it's lovely, and as advertised and advised. So just like to say a big thank you to all the staff for you excellent service throughout this process. Especially have to mention Sophia and Grace who I mainly dealt with. They were both extremely helpful, and full of clear facts and advice, with great communication. Both really are a big credit to the business, so again thank you both, really was very much appreciated.<br>Paul M

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I rented with Winkworth for four years, and it was genuinely a pleasure using their service. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. Tom was always efficient, very personable, polite and helpful, communicating regularly with us and giving sound advice and updates. He was very professional and highly effective in chivvying the buyers'solicitor when they weren't performing. We received outstanding service so Thank you very much Tom for all your care and attention to detail, and thanks also to James who did a great job for us whilst Tom was on leave. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Any questions we had he was always there to answer.<br>He encouraged us to value our house at a better price than anyone else and got us 3 viewings in the first week, 2 of which offered the full asking price.
