At all times they were courteous and helpful, especially Courtney who dealt with our move with expert advice and very supportive attitude; especially given that we felt very inexperienced and so valued the team's help and advice all the more. We would most definitely be recommending William H Brown to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a property, and would personally like to thank them most sincerely for all their expertise and helpful patience.

29th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

23rd Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)We’ve taken a little while to settle into our new home before making this review, As we wanted to make a true and honest review of our experience and how we felt. We went to Abbotts in Cromer to see a mortgage advisor and look at a property we fell in love with on right move. Our mortgage advisor Adam, was amazing. We were shown round by Simon and we loved it. So we put in an offer. This was accepted and the ball got rolling. We then found the communication with abbots go downhill. When we called we were always told they would call us back the same day however each time it was usually about 5 days later and after we already found out the information ourselves from calling the solicitor. So it seemed they were always one step behind. We found this to be annoying and thought maybe this was happening to us because we are first time buyers and we “don’t know any better” but this is just our theory. We were disappointed that the communication broke down. We ended up going through our mortgage advisor for everything instead of the estate agents as we got answers quicker and more efficiently. We would like to thank Adam and Olly at Country wide for going above and beyond for us. We really do think if we would’ve pulled out if it wasn’t for them! On completion day we had to remind them to give us the code to the back door so we could enter our property…as they said Watsons had our front door keys. When we went there they didn’t so it sent us on a wild goose chase to try and find the front door key to the flat building. We were given a number for us to call to organise ourselves to find the keys, which in our opinion this should have been sorted out in day of completion by them. Overall, we are happy we are finally in our home. We wouldn’t use abbots again. I know some people probably have a better experience with them but we unfortunately didn’t. We encourage any first time buyers to look about and ask about the best estate agents etc as we didn’t and we ended up regretting- 7th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)It was a very long and exhausting experience selling our house and buying our home. We were originally with another estate agent but soon changed to William H Brown and how glad we did! The staff at Cromer were amazing, they dealt with my questions with so much patience and understanding. They even answered the phone when I’m sure they’d have preferred not to! ???? Thank you so much to the amazing team lead by a great manager. Probably the best estate agent in Norfolk!

If we needed to sell or use an estate agent again Iconic would be at the top of our list and we would recommend you to anyone who needed to move. Thank you all once again for all your help and time.

Acorn from the start gave us a realistic valuation on our house and guided us all the way through to completion. The team were super helpful and responded back straight away on any question/queries. We couldn't recommend Acorn properties highly enough!
23rd Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

11th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)The initial visit, photos and valuation were all handled professionally, very happy with this part of their service. I liked that they claim to be a local family run business and was happy to support them with my business. I appreciate that market forces often dictate how much interest the might be in a property for sale. In the 9 weeks my house was on the market I had two viewings arranged and then cancelled...not the fault if the agent ...but in that time didn't have one phonecall from Gilson Bailey to keep me up-dated or to touch base to reassure me. I was very disappointed by their lack of customer service.

They generated lots of interest in our property and did some of the viewings (having familiarised themselves v well with the property) if needed or if we preferred. We just need to get through the last phase smoothly and we will be very happy ‘bunnies’, thank you.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it.
