Wrong keys given to me on completion so I couldn't get in my house straight away. Just awful customer service. The constant chasing I had to do and never getting answers back. I'd avoid at all costs.

Thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use their services in future if we find ourselves in a position too. Thank you both!

9th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

They set a fair price which was rightly priced for the market and then provided good marketing, online and in the window. They communicated often and gave feedback on each viewing. I transacted after 2 months and was very happy. Great team and best in Summertown.

Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

There were a few hiccups along the way but he addressed them quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and work ethic is outstanding. He always kept me updated and returned my calls if I couldn’t get hold of him, a simple thing that most other agents fail to do. Overall 10/10 experience, thank you once again!

The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
