They were proactive and gave weekly updates during the sale process. Special thanks to Steven who did weekly property checks to comply with The Unoccupied House Insurance and finally to do the meter readings on our behalve.<br>Congratulations to a very efficient and motivated team!
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Savills Henley and wanted to leave a review from a buyer’s perspective, as most reviews tend to come from sellers.<br><br>The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.<br><br>A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.<br><br>Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

Everyone was kept informed so it didn’t matter when I rang the office, they all knew what was happening with the property. They were great with viewings and were always on time for the people viewing my house and provided great feedback from the viewings. Thank you all so much for your help with the sale of my home

Charlie was always responsive and helped facilitate a sale pulling together all parties, and pushed to keep as close to our deadline as possible.

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

From the very first viewing to moving in, Jayson was great at keeping things moving and making sure everybody was in the loop. Interactions felt much more personable than I have experienced with any other estate agent. Would definitely recommend!

7th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. James Gesner Estate Agency will certainly be first on my list for any House sales/Letting.

When there has been a problem with our properties or with tenants, they are supportive and help manage any conflicts quickly.<br><br>Ash, the founder, has built a substantial business and become a leading industry expert. Under his management, Moovahome’s annual conference for landlords, clients and industry experts is a unique investment in the industry, and they deserve great credit for their market leadership.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Moovahome to any landlord.

We’ve really appreciated his communication skills, listening skills and infinite wisdom along the way, with what has been a long complex process. He has worked so incredibly hard and tirelessly, and seen it through, for which we will always be so grateful. Thanks to Paul and Sarah too! We have dealt with many estate agents over the past 31 years - and Tim Russ have truly been the best of them all! Highly recommend.

After meeting with several estate agents, it was clear that Luke was the right person to handle our sale. He quickly understood the property, set out a clear strategy, and impressed us with his honesty, flexibility, and ambition.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, with Luke always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Tiffany was also a pleasure to work with, helping with viewings and queries, while Mark provided great support whenever Luke was away.<br><br>We accepted an offer within days, and despite a few inevitable hurdles before completion, the process was smooth overall thanks to Luke and the team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Merrifield to anyone looking to move in the area.

No question was ever too much, and they really felt like allies in what can be quite a lengthy and stressful process. We couldn't recommend them more highly.- 7th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I contacted Matt Davies to view a property in mid May. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. He constantly kept in touch and went out of his way to recommend great properties, including ones outside his own agency listings. He showed a level of genuine care and warmth that far surpassed the agent I actually ended up buying from. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County.
