She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely loved working with Philip Booth Estate Agents in Henley-on-Thames, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer or more supportive team. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting things right. Philip runs a great ship and you really feel that personal touch throughout. Emma was an absolute star at keeping everything moving and explaining things clearly, George was super approachable and helpful whenever questions popped up, and Margaret was just lovely, always calm, reassuring, and always on the ball. It really felt like a proper team effort rather than being passed around. They added touches that made our experience as sellers so effortless and easy. Buying/selling can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel smooth and human (and even enjoyable at times!). If you’re looking for an estate agent in Henley who actually takes the time to look after you, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Philip Booth and the whole team. ????
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Parkers Chinnor and in particular Charlie Lowe have been absolutely outstanding for us during our house sale and move. Charlie (and Jayson also!) was such a personable individual who completely understands the area, the market and what a seller and a buyer needs to feel comfortable and relieved. Any emergency or issue and Charlie would go the extra mile to help, at times when not even in office! This is the second time we have used Parkers and would completely recommend to anyone. They have made what is a stressful time far more simple.

The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout, from first meeting Nick to view the property to liaising with Karli and Sally during the purchase. Their knowledge and support made the process much easier for us. A fantastic company to deal with and one I would highly recommend.

7th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. James Gesner Estate Agency will certainly be first on my list for any House sales/Letting.

20th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)I recently viewed a property I was very interested in and made it clear I wanted to put in an offer and in a chain-free position. Despite this, the agent sold to a buyer involved in a chain. When I asked whether it would have been better for their vendor to receive multiple offers, I was told “of course we will take two sales over one.” When that sale later fell through and the property came back to market, I was contacted to view again. Unfortunately, the exact same situation occurred again. I was apprehensive to move forward given the previous time and again, whilst in discussion with the agent, not given a fair opportunity to put in an offer, while the agent managed to reconnect the chain. I understand that the market is difficult, but prioritising an internal double-deal over the vendor’s best interests feels deeply underhand. If I were the seller, I would be furious to learn this was happening. On a separate note, I was taken aback by the line of questioning I received during the viewing. Being quizzed about my age and affordability, along with comments like I “only look about 15”, came across as unprofessional and demeaning. It left me feeling uncomfortable and put me off wanting to view further properties with this agent.
27th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)These people dont have your interests at heart. I've been in very limited contact for just short of 3 months. I have called and emailed about 2 separate properties and they fail to reply and fail to actually commit. This has been a very stressful situation that they share zero empathy in. This business is NOT fit for purpose. Charles has not even met expectations in this situation and I've not been able to discuss this with anyone else.

When viewing houses they were enthusiastic and knowledgeable.When we purchased our home through them they were calm, reassuring and incredibly helpful. Considering moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do……..I would highly recommend using Tim Russ to make it the best experience it can be.

31st Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Inhouse operate as a team of friendly, experienced and knowledgeable agents. I think they overvalued the property to start with, but we got there in the end. The sale has not yet completed, so fingers crossed it goes through.

Joe has provided an excellent service from start to finish, keeping us in the loop at all times and giving advice on various stages of the process. I highly recommend these services & will definitely use them again when I sell.

12th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Although Matt Davies at Knight Frank was not our agent for either our sale or our purchase, he was instrumental in getting our entire chain over the line hence why I felt the need to post a review. In what became a very complicated and stressful process, Matt consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate across the chain, chase outstanding issues and keep momentum when things could easily have stalled. His determination, persistence and willingness to step in — even when it wasn’t strictly his responsibility — made a real difference. Thanks to Matt’s efforts the chain finally progressed to exchange, allowing us to secure a house that we absolutely love. His professionalism, commitment and proactive approach did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the role he played in making the move happen.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!- 10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Chancellors, Daniel in particular went above and beyond for us.
