Recently I have used them to find a new tenant and to sort out redecoration in a very short space of time which they did brilliantly. Both Tracy and Charlotte have been very helpful, proactive and kept me updated with each development. I highly recommend them.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Nesbits have been exceptional throughout the buying process. Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!

16th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

7th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Highly reccommend going with geoff foot lettings! I viewed a property on Hayling with Jason and was interested straight away, and within a few days Jason had me signing paperwork, Jason was very well organised and responded very respectfully and quickly, Jason answered every question I asked even when I thought it was silly it didn't matter, he explained everything fully to me and was always well mannered I can't thank Jason and Geoff foot lettings as a whole enough for getting me into a new property and so quickly too.

19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Poor at communicating - I had to ask for data from right move. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

Tom in particular understood our situation and kept us informed with progress and was honest about the current market, which was appreciated and I never felt like a burden or fobbed off. I would recommend Bernards to anyone thinking of moving.

6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.
