23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I would highly recommend Pilgrims Estate Agents.Elliot sold my house and took very good care of me.It was reassuring to know l could go to Elliot for help as it was very hard selling my family home on my own.Nothing was too much trouble for Elliot.Also Ollie and James were very pleasant and helpful to me.
16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I have used Austin Hawk before and had a positive experience, so I came back to them in April 2026 for a tenant find. Unfortunately this time around the experience was completely different and I would not recommend them to any landlord based on what followed. First, they drafted a tenancy agreement with my name spelled incorrectly throughout, an error entirely of their own making, and then had the audacity to try and charge me £150 plus VAT to fix it. After pushing back firmly this was eventually dropped, but it set the tone for everything that followed. The applicant they sourced had failed to disclose her husband's intended occupation on her application form, her referencing form, and verbally at viewing when their own member of staff specifically asked who would be moving in. This only came to light after agreements had been signed and money had changed hands. At that point their own written advice to me was that they would not legally be comfortable proceeding due to statutory overcrowding risk. So their own agent confirmed the tenancy was legally unsafe, yet they still pursued me for their full setup fee. What followed was months of back and forth in which they consistently avoided engaging with the legal arguments I put to them in writing, ignored the specific clauses of their own contract that clearly showed no fee was due, and simply repeated that I should pay up. It was only when I formally invoked their complaints procedure and referenced The Property Ombudsman that they agreed to settle at a significantly reduced figure. The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and time consuming. I felt that they knew their position was weak but pushed it regardless, hoping I would simply give in. I did not, but not everyone has the time or knowledge to fight back. If you are a landlord considering using Austin Hawk, read their Terms of Business carefully before signing anything and make sure everything discussed verbally is confirmed in writing. You may need it.

My viewing with Ali was relaxed and informative, I enjoyed every interaction with her. My mortgage advisor, Isaac, was very jolly and helped make what is a daunting and serious business seem simple and straightforward. I enjoyed our chats, he's a lovely fellow.

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 15th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
15th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. I was kept in the loop for all viewings and backed up with texts & emails. Overall I’m completely satisfied with Graham & Co.
10th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

However, Dyble’s and their team made everything so simple. From having a dedicated home page to submit and sign documents and helping quickly and professionally with any issues we had at the property. We worked with multiple members of the team during our renting process, and all were kind and attentive to any issue we had. I couldn’t recommend the hard-working team enough.

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism.
