19th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I am a single occupant first time buyer and the prospect of buying my first home was daunting and overwhelming. I had experiences with two other estate agents before I found Gascoigne-Pees, which were stressful and unhelpful. My experience with Gascoigne-Pees was refreshingly positive and they were very efficient, informative and helpful. Martina and Kim in particular were very helpful for me throughout the whole process and were always willing to support me with any questions that I had, and were very responsive. They were friendly and approachable, supporting me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this estate agents and would look to use them again myself in the future when the time arises!

From start to finish we have found the service to be excellent with very good communication and a lot of knowledge of the market to back it up. We would definitely recommend this agent.

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Without Barons this sale would've likely fallen through, and we are so thankful they pulled everybody together and negotiated. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He handled the bumps of property buying in a professional and honest manner. I would highly recommend Barons Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Basingstoke. They deserve their 4.9* rating on Google.
9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Don't do it. Any problems you have they will do nothing about. Worst agency I've ever been with. Everything is blamed on the tenant and charged.

We were constantly informed on where we were with the purchase of our home which was invaluable to us after the huge let down we had with another agent. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They acted for us with care and integrity, and went the extra mile on many occasions to ensure good communication between parties. The team were responsive and kind, and provided valuable advice at various points. An outstanding service.

10th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
