He has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and after the journey we’ve had selling our property, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him.<br><br>Cameron saw us through not one, not two, but FOUR failed property sales due to broken chains — through absolutely no fault of ours or the house — and every single time, he was there ready to pick things straight back up and get us moving again. He worked tirelessly to get our property relisted, arrange new viewings and generate fresh interest, often within incredibly small turnaround times. His efficiency and determination were second to none.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Cameron was responsive, professional, proactive and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of just how stressful and disheartening the situation could be. Time and time again, he stood up for us, supported us and did everything he possibly could to keep things progressing. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

3rd Sep 2026 (24 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Marcus Grimes.<br><br>I wanted to take the time to point out how conscientous and supportive they were throughout the whole procedure.<br><br>Abigail conducted my sale and did so with the utmost professionalism, leaving me reassured throughout the process.<br>She ensured communication between all parties was as constant as possible, and chased people where necessary on my behalf.<br><br>Special mention to the friendly chap on the phones who also sorted some elements out for me swiftly in her absence.<br><br>The team has a real local and friendly feel that you don't often experience with estate agents these days.<br><br>Highly recommend.

And then Bruno happened to stop at my door, and I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and manner. He and Madi proved to be extremely effective and professional, finding us a buyer quickly, and helping with all our conveyancing questions, and chivvying our conveyancers along when they were being slow to respond. They were always welcoming when we went in to the office and quick to respond by email, and made the whole experience a lot easier than it would otherwise have been.

He was great throughout the whole process which wasn’t the most straight forward purchase, but whatever Will said he would do in regards to chasing and progressing the sale, he was always good to his word. The property was highly sought after and I felt they handled it very fairly throughout. I also liked the mortgage adviser they have to reference me up as a prospective buyer. He didn’t rush the phone calls and was very helpful. Many thanks and we would highly recommend this agents. Gemma & Steve

I commend the way that the lettings department and the sales department worked so closely together to get the job done. I never had to explain or repeat information already given, and you were all on top of the process the whole time. This is exceptional service.

9th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)We honestly can't thank Ryan at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill enough for everything he did throughout our house move.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward sale and purchase turned into an incredibly long and stressful process, with mortgage issues, delays and complications further down the chain. There were numerous points where we genuinely thought the whole thing was going to fall apart.<br><br>Throughout all of it, Ryan was absolutely brilliant. He kept in constant communication with us, chased the chain relentlessly, kept us updated whenever there was even the smallest bit of news and was always there to answer our questions. Even when things were completely outside of his control, he never stopped pushing and reassuring us.<br><br>There were so many moments when we thought we'd never get there, but Ryan kept fighting our corner and doing everything he could to keep things moving. Having someone who was so involved and proactive made a huge difference during what was an incredibly stressful few months.<br><br>Jade was also fantastic and we really appreciate everything she did, but a special mention has to go to Ryan for the amount of time, effort and communication he personally put into getting us over the line.<br><br>After months of waiting, worrying and wondering whether it would actually happen, we finally exchanged and completed on our new home!<br><br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for more from Ryan and the team at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill.
