20th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)My experience with this agent has been extremely disappointing they have literally put us through hoops and loops just verifying our identity. Even using there own app which proved insufficient in their eyes confirm8ng our ID .We instructed them in April 26 and they dragged their feet. If that was not enough. They then began to do the job of a legal adviser, raising issues of name change which was completely out of their remit. They cost us months its now June 26 . Very bad experience. Their procedures and practices on ethnicity needs to be monitored.
19th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.
12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

The team are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process of letting and managing. Communication is always clear and timely, and any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. What really stands out for me is their friendly and approachable attitude — they make what can often be a very stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Their attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to providing great customer service as second to none. Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d happily recommend them!!

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

What should have been a straightforward transaction became a complicated chain with numerous delays, but Waqas stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He was always available, always chasing updates and always looking for solutions. There were times where we were probably his most demanding buyers, but he remained patient and professional throughout. Thanks to his efforts, we have now completed on what will be our forever family home. Highly recommended and genuinely one of the hardest-working estate agents we’ve dealt with.

3rd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Finally making time to type up a review after successfully selling my property through Green Lane Residential! It's been a pleasure to be assisted by Humzah, Paul and Aryan. I was actually approached of around 6-8 by estate agents. Whilst, I bought my property back in 2021 with another estate agent and they had contacted to sell it for me, it seemed a no brainer as they were aware of my property but Paul stood out for me personally as he was the only with a lot more attention to detail and acknowledging every little detail and understanding my personal needs in this situation so that was the first big step. The second was Humzah - what a perfect role model - from start to end in finding the right buyers, the confidence, understanding both side needs, transparent in everything and even if it was things you did not want to hear - although stress at times (out of his hands) it was always in full belief and good faith in what advice was given by him. So thank you again for your help - we will be in touch for a long time and definitely would refer if any friends or family were looking to sell for sure.

10th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
