22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.
24th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I would really recommend Reside, they have been so helpful and supportive, in particular Vicky in the office who has gone above and beyond in progressing the sale of my house. It’s a real find to find an honest lovely estate agent with such a super helpful team!

12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.

27th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.
26th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Recently worked with Heath Estates on a rental transaction. Unfortunately, there was a complication. Never wanted, but these things happen in life. Sue, Sarah and the team handled the issue quickly, graciously and with the utmost integrity. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)?????<br><br>I would like to thank Raj, Harvin and his team for their hard work and support from the beginning right through to the completion of our property sale.<br><br>It was a long and stressful journey, especially dealing with difficult tenants who made leaving the property very challenging, with constant excuses and delays. Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.<br><br>I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.<br><br>Thank you all for your excellent service and support.

From start to finish, every interaction was friendly, professional, and efficient. Moving can often be stressful, but they made the entire process seamless. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent!

I phoned for assistance or guidance because the second leaf of the door in my building wouldn’t unlock for the delivery of a big item. Her tone quickly turned annoyed despite my best attempts to explain the issue, treating me like an idiot who can’t use my fob when the matter I raised had absolutely nothing to do with it.<br>She then grumbled that the office is closing soon (which is a fair point but it isn’t like I had any control on the time of the delivery when it occurred). She ended up telling me to raise a complaint the next morning and hung up without even a goodbye.<br>I appreciate that as the reception/admin person, she cannot provide assistance but it is her unprofessional attitude and rude tone that are simply not acceptable.

More recently, Mark helped secure a mortgage adviser to help my partner and I buy a home in North Yorkshire. Mark is always open to sharing his industry expertise and has guided me through processes such as leasehold extension and has always kept me updated with the London rental and sales markets. I have come to view Mark as an excellent wealth manager whose services and knowledge I greatly appreciate. Thanks a million!

28th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)I support the feedback submitted previously about the inability to get in touch with the agents. I've called the reception 5 days in a row about arranging a viewing of a flat and I'm still expecting that some magic will happen and someone will finally call me back. I've highlighted that I had seen the development before and pretty much ready to make an offer for the flat but it's ridiculous that I just can't get in touch with anyone from the team to arrange this!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout.
