Despite the difficulties of the situation, they remained patient, supportive, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Even in what was clearly an unpleasant and challenging circumstance, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. It was clear that they truly had my best interests at heart and were committed to helping in every way possible. Tyrese and Megan were outstanding, and I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication they showed. Their support did not go unnoticed.

From meeting Tamer Alici in the beginning to then dealing with Maev Moriarty-Smith who spent many hours getting us to exchange, we were happy with the whole process.

Quick response times whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Any issues that have come up have been dealt with promptly and resolved in a timely manner. Merci!f- 16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Do not use this agent. I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!

He shared a lot of his own experience and local knowledge about the area, and he also took the time to explain the May 1st Act and how it impacts us as tenants, which helped us gain a much better understanding of it.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
