We had interacted with Nadine from JLL. She was very helpful in spotting us a property in geeenwich. Her service was really excellent and she was able to help and get us accomadated despite the tighter deadline we had. Thanks to her and JLL.
Dec 3rd 2018- Recently JLL have become my new property management company - the rental process was very simple, easy and painless & I’ve been in regular contact with my property agent - she’s answered all questions promptly & efficently, all things you’d want during the stressful time of renting.
August 2019- Very difficult tenancy agency to work with when experiencing issues with our rental. Despite a glowing review for their sales team in securing our home, their tenancy care team has been rude, unhelpful and does not deliver in resolving complaints within a suitable amount of time.
11 December 2017 - we have just completed on a trio of transactions in a move back to London from Cornwall - COMPLICATED! - & really well handled by Jo, Patricia and Kate at KFH & pitch perfect on valuations etc. Always obliging and no panic - a tight ship run by Patricia - highly recommended (also the solicitors Beverley Morris)...puts estate agents on to a higher plain! Thank you, Susanna
KFH have been managing the property I let for the last 4 years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and generally responsive. I have to break my tenancy and Kelly and the team were very quick to reassure me that they would do everything possible to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible which took a great worry off my shoulders. I have always been met with professionalism, respect and understanding which is not always the case with some other estate agencies.
Everyone at KFH Brockley was great with helping us find a flat. Really friendly and helpful service, which made moving a lot easier. Would definitely recommend KFH Brockley.
Had a valuation from Simon smith and from the jump found him to be a sleazy sales man who sarcastically laughs at anything to win you over and should t be trusted . He then spent the next few days “chasing the business” but clearly forgot to replace the receiver properly and I was privy to his real thoughts about me! He called me cheap for going with Acorn when in all honesty I went with acorn because they seemed a lot more trust worthy then Simon. Upon further investigation I believe I have made the perfect choice and will advise friends and family in the brokley area to stay away from KFH. I also stumbled upon his tweets about brexit which seem to be rather alarming
KFH has been really helpful in finding me suitable properties and securing tenancy.
Finton Mchugh is such a brilliant negotiator at Lee .. his help and approach to deal with people is amazing. If you are looking for finding yourself a rented place he is the one I would recommend.
I rang with the simple question of "Do you do probate valuations?" I could not get a straightforward answer. The employee, who had refrained from giving her name, wanted to know my property details, whether I intended selling through them, which road the property was in? On asking again "Do you do probate valuations?" I was still unable to get a straight forward reply. Wouldn't use them for anything after this. As if dealing with Probate isn't upsetting enough.
Thank you to Keeley Wesley, she is approachable, hardworking and delivers.
Great communication throughout and a thoroughly professional, friendly and courteous approach meant that the whole experience was straightforward and easy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Keely to manage your property and she is a credit to her profession.
Whilst I originally scored Mann with 5 stars I have unfortunately had to alter my review. Mann, and especially Marina were extremely helpful in getting us set up in out new flat. They were quick to respond and happy to help with any queries we had. However, the experience we have since had with Mann's property management company Countrywide could not be more of a parrallel. Several of the issues we have experienced can be found below:
1. Our property manager Keely is extremely slow to respond or action our issues.
2. It has taken 45 days to resolve one problem. We have a list of issues, several of which we were told would be addressed before we even moved in, that are still unresolved.
3. Their '28 day maximum' response rate is a lie, as absolutely none of the issues we raised months ago have even been recognised.
4. We had an emergency issue with our electric boiler which was quite clearly communicated as an issue with the switch, and yet we were given the emergency contact details for a plumber. Proving that they clearly don't actually read my emails.
5. They obviously haven't carried out a full safety check of the property. When we personally reached out to the emergency number to get an electrician, upon arrival he told us that the fuse in the boiler switch was not fitted properly and that the switch to our water pump didn't even have a fuse. Both of which are dangerous and not compliant.
I am open to having my opinion changed and if the Mann or Countrywide team would like to get in contact to address some of these overt issues I would encourage them to do so. I will be personally addressing these with Keely or her manager soon and will provide an update as to whether my complaints are listened to and actioned upon.
At the end of the day, I am a customer paying tens of thousands for this service and I am far from satisfied.
Pleasant experience? with this agency, big selection of properties in the area, also good relation during tenancy. Especially recommend talking to Francesco R over there - super nice and helpful.
I don't like leaving poor reviews of companies, look at my history of reviews and you'll see that's the case. However, the letting agency industry really makes me cross. I did everything in my power to ensure that the property I vacated via this agency was delivered back at the standard I arrived at, and was careful to communicate my early exit of the tenancy agreement with Stanford Estates employees. The fact I had £1000 deducted from my deposit is not an issue - I agreed to the remarketing fee - what makes me really annoyed is the fact I had to wait over 2 weeks for a decision on how much money would be returned to me. It's my damn money, I was a great tenant, how dare you hold onto my funds for so long for no good reason. And how dare you charge £900 as a reletting fee in the first place! That's an outrageous fee that I should never have accepted in the first place. I urgently needed to leave London and accepted these terms but I accepted with great annoyance. I have no doubt Zoopla and RightMove costs a bit, but here's an idea. Cover the cost in your initial fees to tenants and landlords. Don't wack it on on the end and punish tenants when things don't work out over no control of their own. Just a suggestion! 2 stars as Malcolm Goes seems like a nice bloke.
