They are clear from the outset regarding their fees, processes & also managing expectations throughout. They are great with keeping up regular communication & are just generally nice people to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Cockburn.

19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I’m a long term tenant at one of the properties managed by Brown & Brooke. Emily and Cameron in the property management team have been absolutely faultless! Extremely prompt to respond to any repair requests or property queries. In fact, they proactively order repair works following routine inspections (which they always mindfully check before coming).

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I handled the sale of my son in law's (lives abroad) flat through Hunters in Catford. Richard, the manager valued the property and advised us on the approach to take in view of the current market conditions. A couple of viewings took place and eventually one of the prospective purchaser's made an offer and after some negotiation Richard managed to get us the best deal possible under the circumstances. After accepting the offer, Brenda Erskine-Sam the Sales Support Manager took over the case and did a brilliant job in getting the transaction over the line. The staff at Hunters were very helpful throughout a rather difficult transaction. A big thank you to Richard, Brenda and the team.
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I tried to view an apartment twice, and both times were a complete waste of my time:<br>First visit: The agent showed up, but the keys didn't work.<br>Second visit: They mistakenly booked me for two different time slots on the same day. I emailed them clearly to confirm one and cancel the other. When I arrived at the location, nobody showed up. I called, and they claimed the other slot was the active one in their system (which was 1.5 hours later).<br>The final attempt: I agreed to wait and came back for the other slot, arriving just 7 minutes late. I called them while I’m front of the building, they told me the agent was already inside and coming down—yet no one ever showed up.<br>To top it all off, I sent an official email detailing all of this, and I haven't even received a reply. Utterly unprofessional management and zero respect for clients' time.

3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)We really wanted to buy a house in the Brentham Garden suburb after being introduced to it by friends. Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.

However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.<br><br>In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.<br><br>I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
