He was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.<br><br>Jason has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. He is always quick to respond to my emails and has been very reliable when dealing with documents, tenancy matters and any questions I had after moving in. When I had a few minor issues after moving in, he followed up promptly with the relevant contractor and made sure everything was resolved properly.<br><br>I would also like to mention Michael, who was very patient and helpful when I needed assistance with the online signing process through Goodlord. He took the time to guide me through the process and resolve the issue.<br><br>Overall, I have found the team at Tuckerman Residential to be professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Tuckerman Residential.

28th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. 17th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. Not with this team! Thank you.

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His open, transparent and proactive approach made everything straightforward and seamless, which made a real difference. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.

6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
