30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would not recommend anyone to rent through Lambeth Garton Jones. We moved in mid Feb and still no result for most of our complaints. For example the freezer is broken and needs to be replaced, emailing and calling every single day is not going to help because of the level unprofessionalism is beyond what we have ever experienced. We emailed today and because we already know that we will not receive a reply - we had to call and still not action taken. Guess what, we probably will need to call them again tomorrow, what a surprise. I will be posting about our experience in every detail here and on YouTube very soon. The real estate agency is terrible, and we don’t want to rent anymore—this agency will turn us into homeowners very soon.
28th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

27th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience renting through Regent. Any faults with the property are quickly remediated, and the agency is very responsive to queries in general. Renewal of my tenancy was handled quickly and professionally by my agent James. Looking forward to a continued tenancy!- 17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was informed that my offer was accepted via WhatsApp from Chante, and was told they would take off the listing online for me. I was also never asked for a holding deposit which is usually the way to handle an accepted offer, so I thought it was very strange that they told me the listing would be taken down. When I asked for any updates, I would be left with “I’ll call you in 10” but was never called and left with no response. I called the office multiple times and hung up on multiple times. When I shared my frustration with their manager, Pavlo, they were confused why I was under the impression that I had the flat bc in their records show there was no offer accepted. Never received an apology. Only excuses as to why Chante was responding the way she did. Unprofessional and very unresponsive company. I can only imagine what it might be like as a tenant with any concerns if they’re like this from the beginning.

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. The agent was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything felt very well organised, which made the whole process easy and stress?free.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

Amelia, was incredibly helpful throughout the viewing and application process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Since moving in, our property manager, Chloe Burgess, has been absolutely amazing- responsive, supportive, and genuinely proactive in making sure everything is running well. Overall, we have had a great experience and feel very well looked after.

23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.

23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
