2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and accommodating. Excellent service! Many thanks Tommy and Garton Jones.
28th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

No one got back to me to confirm whether the viewing was going ahead. Feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency to let or sell their property- 1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Rented a property through Johns and Co for 18 months. We were good tenants and looked after the place. They were ok during the tenancy, but now seem to be doing everything they can to make deductions from our deposit. In the weeks before moving out Johns and Co pushed an expensive end of tenancy clean on us via email. We decided to book our own professional clean from a reputable cleaning company. Several weeks after moving out we were told that parts of the clean we had instructed were not good enough and that they wanted to deduct the full cost of one of their expensive cleans from our deposit. They did not give us any opportunity to get our cleaners to re-attend and make good contentious areas. Other things they are trying to deduct: - Over £100 for "putting a sink plug back together" - £144 for a door threshold coming loose, which was marked as damaged when we moved in. I would avoid renting through John's and Co unless you are willing to risk losing a big chunk of your deposit for unreasonable things.

29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Pretty seamless purchase process with them. Viewings were quickly arranged, every question asked was answered, the entire process took much less than I anticipated. This agency is legit and Andrew, who I mostly dealt with, was a professional throughout.
17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

4th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
23rd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
