5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

29th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.Ludlow Thompson - Canada Water
Unit 2,Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road, SE16 7AQ(455 reviews)2nd Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! ???????? If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

Elliot Rainbow has sold properties for me during this time and always looked after my portfolio. He offer a Hand off experience so we are always rested with no worries! 27th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)We have been super impressed with the service & professionalism of Daniel Derbyshire and his team at Hunters. They could not have done more for selling our apartment. Their advice on selling price was on the mark which saved a lot of messing around. Very easy to deal with compared to other agents. Daniel maxed out our viewings at what is traditionally a quiet time of year & got us a quality buyer. Daniel also was on the ball throughout the Sales Progression. We strongly recommend. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

19th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.

He made me realise that I need to prioritise my requirements, he basically showed the exact options that were available for us.
