She talked about genuinely caring for their clients, paying attention to every detail, being proactive, communicating openly, and putting people first. I can honestly say that those weren't just words, they were values the entire team lived by throughout our journey.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Nerea, who was outstanding from start to completion. She was professional, friendly, highly responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.She is the star the show!<br><br>I would also like to recognise Beth and Stuart, whose support throughout the sale was exceptional. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Deposit withheld on baseless claims, mould ignored for 6 months - DPS ruled fully in our favour<br><br>We rented a flat managed by Century 21 London Central (Rochester Row) for nearly two years; the property was owned by Marmora Ltd. KFH managed the building when we moved in and unfortunately the landlord moved management to Century 21 after a few months.<br>Our experience with agent Dusan Plesko was dreadful from start to finish.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy, Dusan ignored our emails for weeks, responding only after we escalated to the Deposit Protection Service. He then claimed £1,740 of our deposit for an Octopus Energy bill that was addressed to the landlord - not us. We were never Octopus customers; our supply was with OVO, who confirmed in writing that we had no liability to Octopus, and whose bill we have paid in full. At adjudication, Dusan submitted no evidence whatsoever. The DPS ruled fully in our favour. Months of our time wasted on an attempt to take our deposit for someone else's bill.<br><br>During the tenancy, we reported extensive bathroom mould in August 2025 - across the walls and ceiling, with the wall rotting away near the shower. An inspection identified a structural cause (an extractor vent leading nowhere). Instead of fixing it, Dusan replaced a working extractor fan, an unnecessary cost to the landlord which we pointed out at the time, and left the mould untreated. Repairs were finally done in late January 2026, conveniently the week before viewings for new tenants began.<br><br>When we offered a 15% rent increase to extend our tenancy, we received no response. Before we moved out the flat was listed for higher than our offer. After we moved out, the flat was listed at exactly the figure we had offered - and let at that price (or lower). We've seen no evidence our offer was ever put to the landlord, the landlord incurred costs related to finding new tenants and lost rent for the period the flat was unoccupied.<br><br>Reading other reviews, our experience isn't unique; inflated deposit claims and ignored maintenance appear repeatedly. Landlords (including Marmora Ltd) should ask serious questions about how their properties and tenants are being handled. Tenants: document everything from day one, and don't hesitate to go straight to the DPS.
8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Amazing house and Lovely landlord — but the agency has been genuinely awful<br><br>Our landlord is wonderful and we love our new home. This review is entirely about Stirling Ackroyd (London Bridge) as the letting agent.<br><br>We have had to chase them for absolutely everything, at every single stage — before and after move-in. Nothing has been proactive.<br><br>When the junior agent originally handling our tenancy left, the senior colleague who took over didn't even have our email address. They lost our contact details (email address) entirely. No handover whatsoever — a failure that sat squarely with the senior person, not the outgoing junior.<br><br>After we moved in on 1 July, they didn't tell us how to pay our rent. No bank details, no standing order instructions, nothing. We had to chase them a full week into our tenancy asking how to pay, and then chase again before the details finally arrived. The Move-In Manager admitted in writing this should have been sent earlier.<br><br>Our contract had the wrong deposit option despite us confirming our choice in writing, and it took repeated flagging to correct.<br><br>We asked to visit the property to take measurements before move-in so we could plan our furniture. They refused us access and eventually sent a floor plan only after multiple follow-up emails — and only after the agent initially failed to even understand what "measurements" meant.<br><br>The move-in manager we were escalated to was unreachable — the phone number we were given did not connect.<br><br>We have been polite, patient, and understanding throughout. In return we have been ignored, sent incorrect paperwork, denied reasonable requests, and left uninformed on basic tenancy matters.<br><br>If you are considering renting through this branch: keep everything in writing and prepare to chase relentlessly. Avoid if you can.<br><br>Again, the landlords are amazing, but the agent was truly disappointing.

She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. She’s one of the very best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent.

From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! Would 100% recommend Anthony, it couldn’t have gone any better ??????

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful.
