15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Dealt with Matt Lindsey at Indigo.<br><br>He is very professional and importantly<br>I like the fact that Matt knows the business of buying and selling a property , it can be stressful and Matt does his best to offer good advice to all parties.<br><br>Matt is a good communicator,he calls with an update when he says he will, he returns calls immediately and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find it and call or email in the evening and weekends.<br><br>Matt is proactive and is always willing to put forward ideas and suggestions to help the deal along.<br>I would recommend Indigo and Matt for all property matters.

The Bedford team are mentally agile & well led by Jonathon Tolmie, Jack led the sale with diplomacy and was professional and polite throughout. Hannah and Wendy are team players who also helped the process along in order to get completion.<br><br>I would never use anyone other than Michael Graham as they always work to always get the best price (thanks to Warren) and keep customers updated with real time information and issues as soon as they arise.<br><br>You run a great team Jonathon, thank you for your great service.<br><br>Roger

The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! 21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Just sold our house with Cooper Wallace and very happy with the service. It was a bit of a journey to get to completion (as moving house always is) but Cooper Wallace were excellent at keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Rob managed to get the house on the market within 24 hours of us calling and he sold it less than 3 days later, with two very interested parties meaning we got an offer over asking price, which is everything you want as a seller. David called at least once a week sometimes more throughout the process to keep us updated so we always knew where we stood which really helped us as we packed up and planned our next move. Overall really great service, I would definitely use these guys again, thank you!

Our move from Dundee in Scotland to Biggleswade, could have been a lot more stressful had it not been for this lovely, friendly, approachable team who were always happy to go above and beyond in arranging several visits, often at quite short notice, for us to view some houses on our short visits down from Scotland. They were always extremely professional and caring with a pro-active approach, learning our needs and desires of what we wanted from our new home. With an incredibly deep knowledge of the local market, they soon identified a house that suited our needs., exactly. We moved in 2 weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted. Kennedy &Foster made us feel we were highly valued customers from first contact to completion. They are a team that go the extra mile on a daily basis. From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

She kept everything moving, was always proactive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward. 18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We arrived to this house purchase jaded by our experiences of trying to buy and sell over the previous year. Wellington Evans were the agent of the house we were buying and treated us with honesty, transparency and respect throughout the entire process. It was a breath of fresh air when compared to our experiences of more ‘traditional’ agents. Each step of the process was explained to us and we were supported right through to completion day itself. I cannot imagine how much smoother the process would have been if we had sold and bought from Wellington Evans initially. But, we are in and settled and wish to express our thanks to James and his team for their efforts throughout.
