Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.<br><br>I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.<br><br>Thank you all for your excellent service and support.

Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.<br><br>In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.<br><br>I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.

After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. From start to finish, Sophie and Lance were absolutely amazing and made a stressful process so easy!<br><br>Being a small, family-run business really sets them apart. The service was so much more personal, genuine and caring. They were always approachable, easy to contact and happy to help, no matter how big or small the question.<br><br>What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. We never felt like just another customer or transaction. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed, offering reassurance and making us feel like we were in safe hands.<br><br>It’s rare to find a business that combines such professionalism with a truly personal touch. 3rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
