1st Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
30th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Brian Cox. Communication was excellent throughout, always easy to get hold of and quick to follow up. Rachel was instrumental in keeping the transaction moving when progress slowed with the seller’s solicitor. Her proactive approach made a real difference. Daniel also stepped in seamlessly to cover while Rachel was on leave, which we really appreciated. Paul handled negotiations professionally and helped both sides reach a fair outcome. Overall, a reliable and proactive team. Would definitely recommend.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

1st May 2026 (5 days ago)We worked with Alison and Mark on the sale of my mothers home in Little Chalfont after she moved into residential care. They both worked hard to make the process really easy, from the initial viewings through advising on how to handle offers and throughout the sale process were responsive and helpful. We used the integrated solicitor from JNP and I felt this took out a layer of complexity and meant the agent was able to be more involved in supporting the process end to end. A 100% brilliant team.

21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)They put sold on my property which they haven’t even sold giving absolutely false statements they valued the property at £240,000 bringing it down to £200,000 and wanted me to lower the price even more to around £150,000 totally unacceptable.
