From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, organised, approachable and reassuring.<br><br>Moving home can be a very stressful experience & ours was no exception, but Rebecca made the whole process feel so much easier. She kept me informed, answered all my questions patiently and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her.<br><br>What really stood out was how caring and understanding Rebecca was. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled as smoothly as possible, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br><br>Rebecca is a credit to the company, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to anyone going through a move. 10th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.
