28th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Fisk Estate Agents at Benfleet ,highly enough. After 2 other estate agents failed to sell my property, Ryan the manager took over and everything changed. Nicola, Emma and Ryan were brilliant as a team. They communicated properly, kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process stress-free. Unlike my previous experiences where I heard nothing, Fisk were on it from day one. Thank you Nicola, Emma and Ryan for getting it sold.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.
9th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I would definitely recommend Thomas if you are looking for a brilliant estate agent. His knowledge, communication and feedback went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He answered any queries which I had very promptly .....he gave me excellent advice from our first point of contact. Thomas and Kellie offered ideas to 'tweek' certain aspects of my property to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.....which obviously helped as he achieved a sale within four weeks!!! Well done to Thomas and his staff at Essex Guild Homes!!!

I have heard horror story's of property purchases and despite certain hurdles, they have both kept constant communication and updates upon request of goings on. Definitely recommend

She guided us step-by-step, was always available for calls, and kept us updated every single day. We always knew exactly where we stood. She was incredibly reassuring, kept everything running smoothly, and really put us at ease. We couldn’t recommend Bairstow Eves enough, especially with Claire handling our sale.
10th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Robert Michael Estate Agents handled the recent sale of our house in Thundersley. They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d happily recommend them!!

Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. I would like to thank Ross, Ewen, Nigel, Mary, Marie and the team so much for their help. 10th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
