He was extremely helpful throughout and went above and beyond when we hit a bump in the road taking it upon himself to sort a mistake my accountant had made. 3rd Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Our experience renting through Druce has been one of broken promises, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. An all round horrible experience.<br><br>We did everything asked of us, promptly and in good faith. We signed the tenancy, passed all referencing and guarantor checks, and paid our deposit and a full month's rent without a single delay. In return, we were handed a flat that was nowhere near ready to live in. What is even more shocking that the landlord had not been aware of the majority of this, showing the way in which Druce "take care" of their clients...<br><br>Despite professional cleaning being an agreed condition of our tenancy, the flat was not cleaned. It was left full of the previous occupant's belongings. There was broken glass left on the balcony. We were given only one key for two tenants. The bed we were promised was never provided, leaving a bedroom of a two-bedroom flat unusable. And, discovered by us, and not disclosed by them, there were mouse droppings and large holes throughout the flat, along with a long list of other defects: missing radiator valves leaving rooms with no heating, broken cupboards, broken toilet seats, a loose electrical socket, and more. None of it was mentioned to us before we signed and paid.<br><br>Druce openly admitted to us that they had rushed the process to meet the move-in date. Yet when we raised that the flat was unusable, we were told it had been "our choice" not to move in. We had already given up our previous homes on the strength of that date. As a result, we spent a week without a home, staying with friends, all while paying full rent for a property we could not live in. When asked for a deduction to the next months rent, they declined, as well as declining to take accountability for any of this.<br><br>Nothing was resolved proactively. Every single step forward came only after repeated chasing, formal complaints, and escalation on our part. For a firm that presents itself the way Druce does, the standard of service, honesty, and basic care has been genuinely shocking.<br><br>If you are considering renting through Druce, think very carefully for the service you are paying for. We would not want anyone else to go through what we have. Or even better, DO NOT USE DRUCE!

9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid Johns & Co if you value honesty, professionalism, and your deposit.<br><br>This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a letting agency.<br><br>After we moved out, the agency attempted to make a number of unreasonable deductions from our deposit. They even tried to charge us for cleaning stains that were already recorded on the original inventory report before we moved into the property. We have documentary evidence showing these marks existed from day one, yet they still expected us to pay.<br><br>We also stayed an additional five days after our tenancy ended. We fully accepted that we should pay for those extra days. However, the agency calculated the rent incorrectly and attempted to overcharge us. When I pointed out the errors and asked them to explain the calculation, their attitude changed completely.<br><br>Ironically, when they wanted to deduct more money from our deposit, they were sending multiple emails every day demanding payment and pushing for a quick response. The moment we challenged the charges with evidence, they suddenly became impossible to reach. Emails went unanswered for long periods, and communication almost stopped altogether.<br><br>To make matters worse, before we moved in, we were told that certain unwanted furniture would be removed. It never was. We ended up paying to dispose of it ourselves, only to be told after moving out that they were “unaware” of the arrangement.<br><br>As tenants, we honoured our obligations. Instead, we’ve had to spend weeks chasing replies, collecting evidence, disputing inaccurate charges, and escalating the matter through the official tenancy deposit dispute process.<br><br>This isn’t just about the money. It’s about transparency, accountability, and treating tenants fairly. Based on our experience, Johns & Co failed on all three.<br><br>If you’re considering renting through this agency, keep every email, every receipt, every photo, and every inventory report. You may need them.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.

10th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

He has kept our properties fully rented in all that time and has always listened and acted on our instruction and needs. A five-star review doesn't seem sufficient. Thank you, Nazim!
21st Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.
