They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.

I was helping my friend find a flat while she was out of London, so Paulina arranged several viewings for me to attend on her behalf.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly smooth and well organised. Paulina was always very polite, professional and helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish.<br><br>Thank you again to Paulina and the Hamptons team for such a great experience. Highly recommended!

We are absolutely delighted and would certainly recommend them and are looking forward to hopefully also buying our new place via Simon and his colleagues.

18th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios- 26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have had a wonderful experience with the Chestertons team.
