The sale ran into a long, complicated deed of variation with the freeholder, and Zoe kept everyone moving. She chased the solicitors on both sides and kept me informed throughout. Since I live in Italy, I needed someone I could rely on locally, and she sorted out every practical detail. She's professional, responsive and really persistent. I'd recommend Zoe and tlc to anyone selling in Chelsea.

Buying a property can be quite stressful, especially as a first-time buyer, but Allan made the process much easier and was always available to provide updates and support when needed.<br><br>I really appreciated his straightforward approach, clear communication and willingness to help throughout the process. 2nd Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience. I called earlier today specifically to confirm that the viewing was still going ahead, and I was told that it was. I left work and travelled 40 minutes to get to the property, only to receive a message five minutes before the viewing informing me that it had been cancelled.<br><br>When I called to ask what had happened, I was told that the landlord had already accepted an offer and that they had apparently known about this for an hour. Yet, nobody bothered to inform me, despite having my contact details and having confirmed the viewing earlier that same day.<br><br>This is an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for people’s time. Leaving work and travelling 40 minutes for absolutely nothing, when a simple phone call or message could have prevented it, is incredibly frustrating.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not trust this agency to handle my time or my property search professionally. The lack of communication and basic courtesy is disgraceful.

However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!

Having dealt with very pushy agents at other firms, who quite frankly can be untrustworthy and do not act in the best interests of tenants, Cia and Strutts really stood out as super responsive, professional, trustworthy and reliable. I have rented many flats in London and this process was by far the smoothest - thank you very much Cia and team

He mentioned he was only a week or so into his time at Marsh & Parsons, yet he came across as someone with years of experience behind him. His knowledge of the process, his responsiveness and his polish all reflected a seasoned letting agent.<br><br>Even though we didn't take the property, he made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're contacting Marsh & Parsons Earl's Court, ask for Jack for 10/10 service.

14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)**Avoid this agency. My deposit disappeared.**<br><br>Tenancy ended 28 August. It's now early October and my £2,000 deposit has completely vanished. The agent said they’d follow up with the landlord but went unresponsive.<br><br>The agent has minimal leverage over the landlord and little willingness to actually pursue tenants' interests.<br><br>If you're comfortable losing £2,000 with zero accountability, by all means, rent through KFH. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
