We've seen everything and been through quite a few different agents. They were always polite and easy to deal with, nothing was ever too much in terms of scheduling multiple viewings on the weekend. They were never pushy or salesy, they have mastered the art of the quiet selling. They seem to be just a really nice group of people. They honestly have the best stock of whole houses in the Brook Green/Shepherd's Bush/Hammersmith area and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking to move within the area . Thanks again!

9th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Owners should avoid using Westways. As a renter, Westways are the agents to represent landlords. We are renting a place through Westways, where there have been persistent issues. In addressing these issues, Westways persistently show a lack of care and professionalism when addressing these matters. A key issue being, ignoring most matters being raised, taking an extended time to respond to any matters raised and primarily will be an acknowledgement over any possible action, looking to first blame the tenant prior to assessing any issues, sending inadequate contractors to assess issues with a house, and using incorrect contractors to fix issues which ultimately lead to additional issues. Whilst in some instances the house may inherently present issues, the lack of care and professionalism is evident. The comedy of issues we have faced have led to inadequate living conditions we are paying rent for. Additionally, by using their 'own' contractors and not appropriate contractors, issues persist and it leads to a more costly issue for owners. I am not a professional but what I do know is, if you have an issue with plumbing, send a plumber. If the same person who addressed an electricity matter is also tending to a plumbing issue, how can they do a better job than a plumber?

Always responsive and happy to answer any queries - no matter how small. Jacob listened carefully to all our needs and found us two great properties we could progess with. We have no hesitation to recommend TLC based at Earls Court.

She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lydia was always kind, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout every step of the process. She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available for one-on-one follow-up whenever needed. What really stood out was how well he balanced the relationship between us as buyers and his client, the seller, ensuring the process remained smooth, fair, and transparent throughout. Allan constantly checked in on the progress of the mortgage process and stayed in direct contact with the mortgage brokers, solicitors, building manager, and everyone else involved, which made the entire experience far less stressful for us. He is highly organised, proactive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. William Richardson delivered an exceptional level of service from start to finish. After my tenant only remained in the property for five months, William managed to re-let my property within just one day and at a higher rental figure. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and market understanding is incredibly rare. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the confidence and reassurance throughout the process. William remained proactive, communicative, and completely in control at every stage. In a market where many agents simply react, William genuinely leads from the front. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in achieving the best outcome for their clients rather than simply going through the motions. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure deserve real recognition. A true asset to Foxtons and someone I would highly recommend to any landlord looking for results, professionalism, and peace of mind.

27th May 2026 (17 days ago)Just deplorable behaviour. I would not recommend renting through Hunters. I finally got my deposit back after 4 months. Had I not known the previous tenants of my flat, they would still be sat on my deposit as they had no intentions of sharing the initial TDS number. I could say a lot more about other issues we endured during the tenancy, such as broken piping (leaving me without a functioning bathroom for 3 months) and poor communication, but I will summarise with: Immoral, rude and lazy.

Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

She was flexible and available for our potential buyers, was great at keeping us updated and addressing any questions, and was the glue that facilitated the conveyancing process keeping everyone informed and everything moving forward. We genuinely enjoyed working with her and would recommend her highly!
