8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)The apartment was moved to another estate agent after 6 months as the buyers were not able to complete on their offers. I feel the listing was not properly promoted soon enough after the warning signs from failing buyers was evident. The home could have sold sooner at a lower price point but information about the state of the market was not made clear for to me to make an informed decision earlier.

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)A few things which we were promised which they didn’t deliver on, we went with this estate agent because they said they’d have multiple offices working on our property, but it ended up being just one office in a different area to where we were selling. We were there for some of the viewings and they didn’t know answers to basic questions which we know we had given them information for
7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

I just had a phone call with one of their agents about some overgrown trees in a neighbours house, and they shouted at me down the phone, talked over me and then HUNG UP on me. The most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever met. Do NOT use this company!!!!

8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We've been renting with Northwoods for 2.5 years and they're fantastic. We were in another property and when that landlord sold, they were extremely supportive about helping us into another property nearby. They always go above and beyond to help, are quick to service issues and really friendly. Special mention to David Hackshaw for being the best! After 10 years renting, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best agency I've ever had and after many subpar rental experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies. Thank you, Northwoods!

I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. They went above and beyond to rectify a problem following a leak and property damage at my rental property this year - supporting me and the tenants alike and sorting a range of issues in under a week.<br><br>Giving it was a stressful time I could not have hoped to work with a better partner than Marcus and the team and so grateful to keep working with them.

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!

23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Aston Vaughan were exceptional when selling my house. Don’t expect classy offices with huge windows stuffed with classy homes for sale, but when you open the door, those staff are really classy. They know their stuff, their marketing attracts viewers, they follow up with excellent communication, they solve problems that buyers may have, and most important of all, they get offers that are acceptable but they don’t stop there. They undertake due diligence to make sure they get the best deal possible for the vendor.Dee and David were an excellent team - hard working, professional, great negotiators, and really lovelh people to work with. But they don’t stop work when the offer is accepted, contracts exchanged, and they are still supportive on completion. Whoops, buyer wants to bring completion forward by a few months just after I moved.Help Dee, who can clean my house and remove the picture hooks? No problam for Dee. She harnassed a team and I left a sparki g house for the buyers!!
