He arrived early, clearly knew the property inside out, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. When he wasn’t sure about something, he was refreshingly honest and always followed up as promised.<br><br>Throughout what can only be described as the chaotic process of buying a house — dealing with conveyancing lawyers, freeholders and everything in between — Daniel was a calm and sensible source of advice. He was always approachable, responsive and willing to help, which made a stressful process considerably easier.<br><br>God willing, we won’t have to move again for another decade! She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. Omar and premier property lawyers solicitors worked well together and completed the exchange of contracts in little over than 2 months. This was was non chain free property so normally it would take even longer than usual. Thank you Omar and thank you Goodfellows, you have been so amazing.

Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in.
