From the very beginning, it was clear that she truly cared about finding the right property for my family and me. She was always early, incredibly attentive, patient, and happy to answer our endless questions.<br><br>She showed us numerous properties and made the whole experience so enjoyable. What really stood out was how genuine she was. We never felt pressured, and it always felt like she had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Liyah is an absolute credit to her team, and I have no doubt she'll go far in her career!<br><br>Selling Sunset, Streatham edition! ????????????
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. When showing me properties, he listened carefully and never wasted my time.<br><br>Despite the length of the process, Tyler made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. He combines professionalism and determination with a genuinely friendly, human approach, which makes a real difference.<br><br>The whole team at Winkworth Streatham have been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve already recommended Tyler and Winkworth to friends selling in Streatham.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and puts in the effort to get things done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyler and the team. Excellent service from start to finish, even when the journey isn’t straightforward!
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)In a world where my solicitors were doing everything they could to scupper my sale and purchase, our agent at KFH did an incredible job of holding the process together, stepping in above his remit, calming me down at times & having a perfect communication strategy to keep things moving. Also insanely personable, worked with me as I am rather than being OTT professional.<br><br>His knowledge of the house buying/selling process was clear to see, and it wasn’t something I thought I’d would be complementing until it was needed to help settle nerves & set expectations.<br><br>We sold our property within 15 days I think. She was very cooperative, answered all my questions clearly and always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Although in the end the property wasn’t quite right for us, my experience with Rhia was excellent. She made the viewing and communication very easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and responsive estate agent. Thank you, Rhia! ??????

From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. Every message was answered promptly, every question was handled with patience, and it always felt as though he was selling his own property rather than ours.<br><br>What really sets Arif apart is that he goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. He not only managed the sale professionally but also shared valuable advice and recommendations throughout the process, all of which proved to be incredibly helpful. Also, I asked them to advertise my property at a slightly lower price than they had advised. They are very knowledgeable, energetic and focused. Let's wait and see if the sale does indeed go to fruition.

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

Amazing sales skills, very communicative, very knowledgeable (we didnt ask any question without her knwoing the answer to it on every single property). She went above and beyond to show us the right flats and to make our viewing experience as smooth as possible! Thank you Annabel, loking forward to continuing to work together.

The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. We would highly recommend their services.
