Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! They have been super helpful from day one - they truly care and establish trust relationship with both tenant and landlord. Totally different league than your high street real estate agencies. They have subsequently also helped sell the flat, and again were top notch all the way. If you're looking for a trusted partner, this is the right team.
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I cannot praise Winkworth Putney enough they are the best agency in Putney for letting and selling.<br>I have used them over the last 2 decades.<br>They have in their team a legend called Russel white he is a true gentleman of real estate .<br>Followed by Adam Taylor I think he is a rising star if not already a star.<br>Both this gentleman are really true professional they really go out of their way to help and assist in both selling and letting.<br>They are backed up by a good team as well and I cannot praise or recommend them enough.<br>Would like to thank their Southfield office as well who are always so kind as well.<br>Big shout to Bella at Putney office as well she is always very helpful and kind.<br>Thanks Winkworth Putney for doing such an amazing job for me my company my family and friends.<br>Aftab Ebrahim

Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

She was quick to respond to my many questions on text and the most I waited was half an hour for a response which is amazing based off some estate agents nowadays! If you’re looking to rent Kelsey is amazing and she will help in anyway possible. Thank you Kelsey for helping us to our first home!

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Ben was not only hugely diligent, but he also supported the process with real care and attention to detail — which was important, as we don’t live locally. 5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

They kept me updated all the way of our purchase of our new house. As a first time buyer, they helped me to understand the process and answered all my queries in timely manner. Although there's some unexpected delays but still managed to complete our purchase with a grateful hearts. Thank you for all your help.

From viewing the flat to moving out, they were always attentive and responsive, and made you feel like you weren’t just another tenant.<br><br>Particular shout out to Lina, Derek and Matthew who made the moving out process so smooth when I had to (v sadly) move out of my flat. They clearly explained everything I needed to do and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely hassle-free.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Porters to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely helpful estate agent!

He was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always willing to help. He kept me updated throughout the purchase, responded quickly to my questions and went above and beyond to make what can often be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>What really stood out was Mark’s commitment and personal approach. With particular reference to helping me with a change in tenancy and identifying a new tenant I have found Ashton Darwell-Taylor to be particularly helpful - highly responsive and always replies to correspondence with no delays or hesitation, and proactive in bringing alerts to me or matters to my attention. An outstanding service and I would highly recommend both Chartwell and Ashton.

18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I used Rampton Baseley - and the wonderful Allie - to sell my flat in Earlsfield this Summer. I am so pleased with my choice - Allie was amazing from start to finish. Our first offer was at asking price which we were really pleased with - and the communication throughout was amazing and it all felt very stress free (which was important as I am heavily pregnant). Allie was always there to help - recommending removal companies (who were amazing), advising on various other elements of the sale, and showing us around lots of houses in the area as we decided on our next move.<br><br>I would use Rampton Baseley and Allie again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!
6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
