4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)From my first interaction with Mark when I booked a valuation I already got a good feeling about the agency, and I wasn't wrong.
Reece worked with me to list my property, get me an offer and keep the process moving towards completion. From the first meeting to value the property Reece was very diligent, professional and on the ball.
He did an amazing job supporting me throughout the process, including helping out with my stuff when I was getting my photos done, and he helped me to navigate some tricky moments along the way.
I've also got to give a shout-out to Mark who helped me to get the sale over the line when we hit some challenges towards the end.
I felt very supported throughout the process, and both of these gents are very personable too, which definitely makes a difference for me - it's always nice to feel like a human, versus a transaction that needs completing. :)
In addition, I love that a portion of their fees goes to a great cause. I think that says a lot about the agency, and its people.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. :)
13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Great letting agents to deal with. Quick to respond and very service minded in finding a rental for us. Special thanks to Javerna, Alison and Albert. Efficient, friendly and service minded. Would highly recommend.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Knight Frank more ! Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Really grateful for all their hard work and will definitely use again. Thank you so much
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We were first time buyers and we are super grateful that we had Rochford Stokes on our side. The team was very professional, responsive and knowledgeable, and a geniune pleasure to interact with.
Our purchase timeline was way longer than expected (due to unrelated reasons) and we were impressed with how much help and reassurance Rochford Stokes provided during those tricky times. Annie, thank you for your perseverance and for constantly finding new ways of (very politely) chasing people. Jason & Jason, thank you for guiding us through the whole process, and for your knowledge and professionalism.
If we ever wanted to move we know who we'd be going to!
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Warrens and particularly Rob Ford when selling a property. My recent selling experience was made much smoother with the experience, knowledge and support of Rob. He was always professional and a great advisor throughout the process and as a result secured a sale we were very happy with.
20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We initially chose Winkworth because we had seen their boards a lot on our street over the years so knew they had significant local presence and knowledge. But whilst that may have been the reason we picked them without knowing anyone there, we have found that Flora, Bell, Adam and Laura were absolutely the right team for the job and are glad we went with them. Flora came to the initial meeting well prepared and gave us an honest assessment of our options. Being in a chain and with two young children, we were keen to avoid the disruption that came with viewings. With Winkworth, we were able to minimise the number of viewings because they had a ready list of buyers that could be approached. This allowed us to stay off-market entirely from start to finish. Bell was very diligent in corresponding with the buyers throughout, even after completion. Overall - a good experience for us as sellers and we would highly recommend Winkworth Putney.
20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.- 15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Thank you Kelsey! I appreciate your professionalism, great communication and patience. One the best agents out there!
30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We had an excellent experience working with Martha in our search for a new property. She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Lawson Rutter come highly recommended by us. They sold us our first home together in SW6 18 years ago and were our go to to both sell and buy in the same postcode earlier this year. Sean is genuinely supportive and listen to what you’re looking for as well as ensuring the best value is achieved on the sell side. Claire was invaluable in the final stages in supporting the documentation process.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Great service. Friendly, responsive, know their patch very well and therefore have a great list of active & interested parties. Great advice on marketing strategy and pricing, which resulted in us agreeing the deal off market within 48 hours of first viewings. Very impressive and would highly recommend.
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Very nice experience. I rent my flat with them and Anthony is a great professional!
19th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Southfields is not short of estate agents & it can be hard to know who to entrust but we highly recommend Jack & the team at D&G. From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!- 23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to John, Jess and all the Team at Winkworth in Southfields for all their help and support in selling our home.

From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, approachable, and always kept us updated throughout the process. Their knowledge, guidance, and excellent communication gave us confidence every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble and they managed to sell our house quickly and efficiently.

We feel fortunate to have had John and Jess guide us through the selling process and would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have worked with Garton Jones now for a number of years and they have been first class from day 1. 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Second bad experience letting my property through them after Andrews estate agent.
Over valuated ended 4 weeks in the market with no interest, viewers complains (we noticed it after giving it to another agent as they came for a second viewing)
Very disappointing!!!
I don't really understand what the estate agents think about landlords very rich ?????? ?????? so bad

23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Greenwoods throughout our tenancy and especially during the check-out process.

We would like to give special thanks to Indiana and Fabjola, who were both extremely helpful, professional and responsive. They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful moving-out process much easier and smoother.

We particularly appreciated their prompt support when arranging our early move-out, the check-out process, and the return of our deposit. 20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)????? An Excellent Experience with Portter and Their Team

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Portter and the entire team for their professionalism, dedication and support throughout my experience.

I would especially like to thank Lina, who has been absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, patience, efficiency and willingness to help have made a real difference. She has always treated me with great care and understanding, making what could have been a stressful process much easier and more reassuring.

It is a pleasure to deal with people who genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to provide assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others, and I will be more than happy to share my positive experience.

A special thank you to Lina for her outstanding service. She is a true asset to your team!
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ashton went above and beyond to help my mother find the perfect flat to rent. Super helpful and very polite.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Aspire is a thoroughly professional estate agent. You could not have a nicer or more helpful staff in Battersea and within a very short time they found excellent tenants. Johnny was exceptional.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.
She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.
When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.
At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.
She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.
She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.
I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.
Stirling Ackroyd - Nine Elms and Westminster

3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)We have had a great experience with Sterling Ackroyd. Jack Dibble has been extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. He’s answered our many questions and been quick to give us updates. We are really excited to move into our new home and grateful for Jack’s support in making the process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks Jack!
27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our house through Rampton Baseley. This is the second time we have worked with the team and they are just brilliant! Tom in particular was fantastic at securing our buyers and getting us through to completion - he was always on hand to help and give advice. We couldn’t recommend Rampton Baseley more!
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Justin and team have been incredible. Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance. Justin supported all the way through the sales process, was always available to help, and personally visited to get documents signed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you
