From the very beginning until we got the flat, they were incredibly dedicated, helpful, and trustworthy. A huge thank you to Anna, Jason’s and Susie for all the support and care you gave us along the way. You went above and beyond, and we truly felt looked after throughout the process. This has been by far the best experience we've had in London yet, and that really means a lot to us. We couldn’t be happier with the service and are so grateful. Highly recommended!

Initial valuation was fair, communication throughout was good, advice when sought was honest and straightforward. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. There was less than one hour between Rebecca responding to my inquiry and my viewing with Tiffany was less! I was extremely pleased with their fast replies and professionalism, I definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a move.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would not recommend anyone to rent through Lambeth Garton Jones. We moved in mid Feb and still no result for most of our complaints. For example the freezer is broken and needs to be replaced, emailing and calling every single day is not going to help because of the level unprofessionalism is beyond what we have ever experienced. We emailed today and because we already know that we will not receive a reply - we had to call and still not action taken. Guess what, we probably will need to call them again tomorrow, what a surprise. I will be posting about our experience in every detail here and on YouTube very soon. The real estate agency is terrible, and we don’t want to rent anymore—this agency will turn us into homeowners very soon.

20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. 23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.
