9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Avoid this estate agent at all cost if you can. Willing to engage in unethical and borderline illegal practice. Left my partner crying after they cancelled her contract after failing to deliver on their end of the deal.
14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

Market conditions were not particularly easy, but the team identified a buyer and worked hard to ensure that timely progress was made.<br>Joel is very professional and efficient and manages the team well, ensuring that everything stays on track. The team is also very professional, friendly and helpful. They handled the viewings well for us, consulted us regularly and kept us well-informed.<br>And a special mention must go to Karen, an experienced estate agent who has recently joined the team. Joel specifically asked her to prioritise progress-chasing for us when unexpected delays at the buyers' solicitors threatened to slow things down and she was absolutely excellent, chasing in an unfailingly courteous but terrier-like way. She was also friendly, efficient and cheerful - a real pleasure to work with.<br>All in all, a very positive experience with a professional and friendly team whom we would not hesitate to recommend.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Professional<br>I recently purchased a property through carter jonas and dealt primarily with Tony write, from the initial first conversation Tony was extremely helpful dealing with a property that wasn’t always completely straightforward but he was so professional and knowledgeable about the property and the issues regarding the purchase.<br>Tony was on hand throughout the process supporting us with solicitor questions and keeping us updated throughout, which made such a difference to us as buyers.<br>Thank you Tony you did a fantastic job.

Patrick was always available to discuss timing, potential buyers, etc, anything related to getting the sale through. Also hooked us up with a great solicitor. Overall, no service or question was too small.
10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

Issues are resolved quickly and professionally and their communication is second to none.<br><br>I want to specifically call out the wonderful work of Francesca, who has looked after us for the last few years. We had a very complex situation this year with our buildings water supply and Francesca was empathetic, supportive and most importantly super effective at ensuring we were looked after as tenants during a very stressful time! We really valued the kindness.<br><br>I’d highly recommend renting through Benham and Reeves if you want to avoid the horrors of renting that we all hear about - this team does it the right way!

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!
8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday. I cannot thank him personally enough and rate him or his firm more highly. Thank you Noble Estates.
29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
