18th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)Absolutely horrible, would not even refer them to an animal. After waiting nearly four months for an accept or decline decision on my offer no contact from Raj. He contacted me 4 times during this period and that was only in the month of February. Incredibly unprofessional and such a poor customer service.

Passive aggressive and rude and also the adverts for 0 deposit aren’t true and they force you to take out a guarantor service even though you meet or exceed salary requirements for a place. Bola Needs a serious attitude check, he should be embarrassed about the way he’s running this business, extremely disappointed by management team

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend

From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a personal and caring approach.<br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaurav to anyone buying or selling a property. He exceeded our expectations in every respect, and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work, support, and dedication. An absolute credit to the profession. If we ever decide to move again, I really hope he is still available. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my house and work alongside with. 23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

The staff are responsive to enquiries and, as opposed to many of the larger firms, their dealings are transparent. They fees are also highly competitive compared to the more established companies.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they provided clear, confident guidance whenever it was needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their commitment to achieving the best outcome was evident at every stage. I would highly recommend Story of Home to anyone looking for an estate agency that combines expertise with a genuinely personal approach.

Ruby then kissed with buyers, buyers solicitors, my solicitors and others to get the sale completed. All of them were friendly calm and professional and it was a total joy to deal with them. Highly recommend them.
