Andrew went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our house and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, We were kept fully informed and updated clearly on everything that was happening. Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Really grateful for all their hard work and will definitely use again. Thank you so much

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

I would really recommend calling Nelson estates up if you’re looking for a property around the area and haven’t had much luck. I have already referred multiple friends over, absolutely recommend this real estate agency and especially my agent Aston!!
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

Patrick was always available to discuss timing, potential buyers, etc, anything related to getting the sale through. Also hooked us up with a great solicitor. James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!

8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday. I cannot thank him personally enough and rate him or his firm more highly. Thank you Noble Estates.
29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
