2nd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Every nightmare story you've ever heard about an estate agent is personified in these guys. Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

She was insightful, patient, responsive and efficient, deftly pushed everyone involved in the purchase along as required, and was the epitome of charm and good humour throughout. Anthony Fraser was really helpful and communicative, made the whole process really easy for me as a first time buyer and was always happy to answer any and all questions. He also had great recommendations for local conveyancers and surveyors, which really helped. Danielle Reid supported with the transaction and she was also great with communication. 27th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

10th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Very deceptive, do not try to buy a property with them if you value your time, they are very shady and will try to squeeze extra money from you at every chance, making up fake competing offers and telling you stories that doesn’t make any sense
27th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Bernardo was fantastic throughout the entire process. From viewing the flat to moving in, everything was completed within just a week, which is incredibly impressive. He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage. The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.

What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Matthew made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, guiding me step by step and offering support from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout, which made everything so much easier. Lina and Helen were also lovely to deal with—always more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent in South West London
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Azra is one of the best agents I have worked with, she went above and beyond to keep me updated and was always available despite us being in completely different time zones. Their always organised, responsive, and easy to deal with, which makes coordinating cleaning works across properties smooth and efficient. Sam and Chloe have been particularly excellent to work with both are proactive, communicative, and always on top of things. Instructions are clear, access is well managed, and any queries are dealt with quickly, which really helps us deliver a consistent service.
