15th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)I am flabbergasted by the reviews of Keatings, in particular Christian. I can only imagine they are being deleted as I have been part of numerous conversations with people in the SW2 area who have had dealings with him, and previous colleagues of his and all experienced the same challenges. He is condescending, rude and lazy. Raised his voice multiple times out of frustration and made zero effort to represent the interests of the seller. He just forwarded emails across and made me deal directly with a challenging buyer as opposed to make any effort to represent me. I could not discourage you from using him any more. He makes a stressful situation more stressful and takes nothing off your plate, merely adds to it.

Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.<br><br>Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.<br><br>Steer clear.

21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)An estate agent that actually puts the legwork into selling your property, and are very, very good at it. Having had an underwhelming experience with a national agency they were in night and day in their approach thanks to Graham and Michaela. Frank advice about what I needed to do before my flat was listed. Brilliant marketing materials and stunning photography. I admit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell then(!) but they attracted serious viewings and I got an offer I couldn't refuse a week after my property was listed which I wasn't expecting in this market. Michaela then stayed on side throughout the flat sale, checking things were moving, liaising on questions and offering support (and reassurance!). All the way to completion. These guys know the market and don't take their clients for granted. If you're lucky enough to be selling in their catchment area, I don't know why you'd use anybody else. Totally earned their (very reasonable) commission.
6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)While I was still living at the property, I returned from a short lunchtime trip to Lidl and found a Marsh & Parsons representative with my landlord inside my bedroom, despite me having received no 24 hours’ written notice and having agreed no mutually acceptable appointment for access. I have now escalated the matter formally because I am deeply dissatisfied with both what happened and the way my complaint is being handled.
