Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Really grateful for all their hard work and will definitely use again. Thank you so much

Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience. I called earlier today specifically to confirm that the viewing was still going ahead, and I was told that it was. I left work and travelled 40 minutes to get to the property, only to receive a message five minutes before the viewing informing me that it had been cancelled.<br><br>When I called to ask what had happened, I was told that the landlord had already accepted an offer and that they had apparently known about this for an hour. Yet, nobody bothered to inform me, despite having my contact details and having confirmed the viewing earlier that same day.<br><br>This is an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for people’s time. Leaving work and travelling 40 minutes for absolutely nothing, when a simple phone call or message could have prevented it, is incredibly frustrating.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not trust this agency to handle my time or my property search professionally. The lack of communication and basic courtesy is disgraceful.
16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with James Hallam at Maalems to list and sell my flat in Earlsfield.<br><br>Living overseas, I expected the process might be a little more challenging, but I needn’t have worried. James carefully arranged and oversaw all the repairs and preparation needed before putting the flat on the market, and he was always readily available to explain the many steps along the way.<br><br>As issues arose during the sale process, as they inevitably do, James was always there to guide me on how best to proceed. His reassuring and positive attitude, along with his calm and professional manner, made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>It is clear that James has extensive experience in the Earlsfield property market, and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful for all his help and support throughout the process.

Patrick was always available to discuss timing, potential buyers, etc, anything related to getting the sale through. Also hooked us up with a great solicitor. Overall, no service or question was too small.

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance.
