From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always quick to come back to us and keep things moving, which made a huge difference during what can be quite a stressful process. She was also consistently friendly, approachable, and highly professional – especially compared to other agents we’ve dealt with in the past. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping us get the right outcome, rather than just pushing a transaction through. It was a long road for us, but Allie’s support, communication, and persistence played a big part in us finally getting there. We’re very grateful for everything she did. 27th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. Would recommend working with Kayode from seeing properties to getting to exchange/completion.- 5th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process.
