She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. What can often be a stressful and overwhelming process has been made so much easier thanks to Sara.<br><br>It can be hard to find an agent who genuinely champions your search, especially when they have so many clients to manage. From day one, Sara has been friendly, responsive, and incredibly supportive. What really stood out was that she was often the one proactively getting in touch with me, rather than me having to chase for updates. That made such a difference and was a real breath of fresh air during the house-hunting process.<br><br>Too often, you give your details to an agent only to be shown properties that don't match your budget, preferred area, or requirements. Every property Sara recommended, however, felt carefully considered and genuinely aligned with what I was looking for. We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

They weren’t overbearing during the property search like other big agents, and everything felt very streamlined and professional. The seller’s agent Lee also really eased the stress throughout the purchasing process with how responsive and easy to work with he was at all stages.

I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. Communication was smooth, I always received quick replies, I always understood the process and at what stage we were at. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate in particular, who helped me once my offer was accepted, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout our communication. She always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening, and helped me with any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough!
